Couriering my UKZN degree certificate in a sealed and stamped envelope to my university in the United States- the rules are the document must go university to university untampered, sealed and signed by the person at the home country university. It is a standard procedure to prevent fraud. But at this DHL, the staff is more important and requires the document packaged to be opened and viewed before couriering it. Please tell me how that makes sense for the staff to view the documents that need to be sealed before sending them abroad? And they could not offer a reason as to why the documents need to be viewed. They just needed to see them? Are you opening sealed medical records, government paperwork, tax files also? Take your documents and money elsewhere guys
