If there was 0 rating. i would rate it a 0. Training side - no problems there. Most people will only rate the training good. However if you want your certificates there is poor communication, not very polite over the phone. Greig and Leilani. Try and rush you off the phone. Does not value customer service. Dont respond timeously to emails. I had to call to keep following up. Certificates arrived on the day the temp ones expired (3 months later). Maybe they dont like their jobs. Use someone else.

Course carried out by well experienced facilitators. Course material was well documented. Great class atmosphere. Well equipped facility for the courses provided.

Attended training here. Was fun and enjoyable. Very hands on and physical.Basic tea and coffee. No lunch provided or any decent places nearby to get lunch so come prepared.
