I would recommend Phijo Construction in the future. Their  service is outstanding from the free site visit and a free informative quotation and advices. Phijo Construction installed a carport at my property in Musgrave. They were very professional from quotation request to completion of the project. They used quality carport material and the project was finished timeously. They also installed Clearview fencing around my property to add security around the boundary of my property. l highly recommend Phijo Construction on any services that they provide and hope to work with them very soon.

I called the company and spoke to Joshua for a quote on tarring a section on my property, he came thru and had a look at the place and explained the process, however taking all that he mentioned on theprocess of the tarring, I was glad to go ahead with his company. I was given an official quote, but never realised he didnt include the ash which was suppose to be part of the job on tarring. They chose to leave out the ash and use the rubble that they broke off my yard in place of the ash. When he was questioned about not using ash, he became very defensive and angry and was going to stop the job. However we agreed to go ahead without the ash as he assured us it would be strong and will not have a problem, so he used the rubble that was broken off my yard. The machine they used was faulty, a thick string was used to start up the machine, which cuts out while busy compressing the tar and the tar was not compressed properly. A month later a small section of the tar started to sink. I sent a whatsapp message to Joshua and response he wanted a picture. The picture was sent, his response was, ïts a small thing and will sort out when he gets a chance - I asked for a time-frame - there was no response, but pitched up at my house with a terrible attitude complaining that he had to come all the way for a small job- the repair that was done, is pathetic, one ugly patch. I sent Joshua a whatsapp message on 13.11.2020 due to the tar sinking and cracking, to date I have not received any response. The work was carried out in August 2020 which was paid in cash and is still under warranty. However he is not honoring the warranty period. This issue is currently lodged with consumer credit to resolve. I dont recommend this company! The pictures speaks for itself.
