The seating is above average and the views are great and calming. Service is decent, but not many options on the menu. Items are quite overpriced and the music is suited more for older people. Overall not the most comfortable place, but definitely in a good looking location.

Best experience best cocktails and oh dont forget the fact that u can book your hubbly while drinking your divine cocktails

Went for Saturday lunch, was a nice vibe. The food was good, also great views of the harbour. There was even massages and boat rides available. Think it will be very festive over the holidays.

This is pretty much the one place I enjoyed chilling in with seaview.

So far the only friendly place in RB. Very friendly and good service. Tried toe get into all the ski boat clubs, no success. Boom gates all over and at beaches. Not impressed with RB.

If you want to have the time of your life go to this place. Our waiter (forgot his name but he looks like AKA) was very good, his service was excellent. They didnt have most of the drinks we ordered and the food was not good(especially fries and wings). Because of the service received Ill give 4 stars

Location is fabulous. Food is great. Service is excellent. Price of drinks is very high and the music is way too loud. Only house music. A combination of different genres would be much appreciated. You simply cannot have a conversation. The staff do try to make the whole experience worth while so credit must be given. Safety is a priority so thats a definite thumbs up

The place is on a beautiful location by the beach. For the past 3 years, I have been coming here with my family (extended family of 10-15 people incl. kids)...but sadly...the standard have been reducing. From place not kept clean, no aircon (waiters sadly walking sweating) and most food/drinks on menu not available. The owner is letting this place down...I come from JHB to this place every year. I wish a new management could take this great place for better.Even myself, wouldnt mind buying the place if available noting it great potential. Hopefully next year, they will listen and improve this place.

Cubana Richardsbay is a cool lounge restaurant with a great view of the merensee beach and offers a great menu

You guys are not bad but your kitchen staff needs a shake-up.. Your waiters lack great service to serve, they are merely doing the basics, they are not great guides.. Brought some tourists there and we waited 45 minutes for food because of issues in the kitchen and what made matters worst was the waiter disappeared as she was embarrassed by the situation.. Draughts also were not available it took a while to get the notification for us to switch orders.. Your toilets need a refresh, when I first visited two years ago you guys had a great toilet condition but now it seems like you guys are not maintaining the rooms.. Please work on this..

Cocktails to die for. Lovely platters and and and... great atmosphere. A good space for a perfect first encounter over drinks rather... A chilled spot where you can unwind with a cool beverage on the rocks and leave your worries at the worry door😃

Went for a birthday celebration, we sat in the smoking area as it was more lighted and open. Our Cocktails took forever we asked the host what was happening and she explained that there was a shift change, shortly after only 2 of our cocktails arrived and none of the others were even placed...we then asked for some background music in that area as there was music in the non smoking and outside area, we were told only at 7pm music comes on. There was no interest in our table. However food was very tasty and fresh.

Nice place to chill. Some chairs are uncomfortable. The decor is wow. First restaurant that Ive been too with this set up. Very well done, relaxing environment. Would recommend for others

Nice friendly staff good tasting food and nice setting but expensive food and because of lock down most of their drinks are unavailable and the menu has to be scanned which is not very nice if you dont have a scanner cause you wont know the menu

U cant compare this to other cubana in gauteng this place needs people who know how to prepare drinks margarita is a no go . The staff is friendly but they need training . They also need to create a fun vibe on weekends ot was dead

Horrible food. Service terrible. Worst experience in my 30 years here in Richards Bay. Waiter not interested in customers he goes dance for half hour gives you blank stares and worst of ask for his own tip. Pitty Richards Bay is limited when it comes to eating out/nightlife.
