Pleasant staff and good food. The sushi was a winner and would recommend for those that love sushi as the menu is extensive and the quality is great. The wait time for the good was acceptable. Would definitely recommend and go back when the craving for sushi strikes.

This is the second time that me and my family eat at this restaurant. Not only did the waitress remember us, from two months ago which in itself made us feel welcome but she remembered what we ordered. This time we ordered sushi platters and the poke bowls which were delicious def to be recommended. This is your go to place for having a great time.

Complements to the Sushi Chef. The Sushi was well prepared. Salmon was fresh. A must try if you in the area.

Excellent SUSHI !! Great Atmosphere. However, only downside to the evening was the terrible service we had received from our waitress. Order placed alongside sushi was forgotten until asked about an hour later. She was consistently on her phone behind the counter.Simple cutlery and soy sauce had to be reminded about a while after sushi arrived. Overall just bad service despite only being one of the two tables occupied at restuarant.

ABSOLUTELY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!We visited Cj restaurant lastnight. Warm welcome, as we got seated the waitress handed over the menus, to my mum, Brother, dad and I. My dad and I asked for a VEGAN menu, when the waitress arrived to place our order my dad and I asked is this menu complete vegan she replied saying it is also Vegetarian and we asked again there is NO meat included in this menu she replied saying NO. We placed our order which was the schicken soya spring rolls which we had to confirm its veg she ensured us it is and we ordered the vegan soya mince pizza. Our spring rolls arrived my dad and I were so hungry we came to CJs straight after work we immediately dug in. On the 1st bite we thought something was wrong and thought this does not taste like soya. We are not anyone to make a scene my mum wanted to ask the waitress I said NO lets leave it Im sure the waitress would not do that knowing we asked and she ensure us this menu does not include meat. Our mains came and mum who likes to be in the know all the time asked the waitress was the spring rolls soya chicken or was it real chicken. She replied saying Chicken..... My heart was in my throat I literally wanted to cry my dad was shattered and all they could do was look at us and say sorry and shrug their shoulders the owner cut us off every time we spoke..... To me working in the service industry that was COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL..... we did not want a plate of free food or a discount we wanted SERVICE as a service entity they did not listen to our needs they did not listen to what we wanted.... No deligence or accountability was taken. Cj Restaurant you need to train your staff on listening skill!!!!!!!!... Personally I will not return to this restaurant

Had the best evening here. The service was great, everyone is welcoming and friendly. THE FOOD, incredible! Light, flavorful and satisfying. Cannot recommend enough, so so good.

Very dissapointed with the service,I requested for a vegan menu and orded soya chicken spring roll only for the waitress to serve me with chicken spring roll ,the owner of the bussiness has no customer service skills , turned out to be my worst outing with my family never will we go there again

The food tastes like good food and the vibe is a vibe. A laaka place to have a drink with mates. Waitresses know how to turn up but can also be an awesome place to have a date night with your special lady. Definitely recommend. Sushi is fresh and made to order. Definitely a vaab

Wonderful experience with excellent food and great service!I had the vegan soy prawn salad for starters and the vegan veggie platter as a main.My boyfriend had some (non vegan) things from the Valentine’s menu and he also said the food was excellent.Will definitely be visiting the restaurant soon!

Sadly did not take pictures, but super service, sublime sushi and dessert to die for - lemon meringue ice cream cake. This was a delightful lunch. Will be back soon.

OrderedSushi = good but nothing to write home aboutTempura = good but generic store bought sweet chilliTeriyaki salmon = well cooked, veggies a little uninspiring, no real flavourChicken noodle = not good. Overpriced at R125. Noodles over done and we had to drench it in soya sauce to get through it.Overall, nothing unexpected from this kind of cuisine however with their prices the quality, flavour or originality should improve.P.s. Service was good, décor nice and good ambience.
