The best spring rolls in town. Decent portions and very reasonable prices.

The quantity was good but the chicken chop sui had almost no vegetables and the sauce used was bland.The beef chow mein beef was less meat than expected and over marinated. The sauce again was bland and the egg noodles didnt touch the wok. It was cooked and strained. So combining the two did little compliment to each other.The price for the above two dishes was high and not worth the spend.The spring roll was small for R35 and also bland.The ingredients do not match that of Tong Lok in other towns where I have eaten before. So not sure this guy is following recipe correctly.Slightly disappointed.

Ordered food for take away, food took 35 min longer than than they said it would. Ordered enough food for 8 people, I was given 2 chopsticks, 2 small soya sauce bowls, and one small ginger bowl for 8 peoples food.Horrible service, would never go back or recommend to anyone. Shushi was good at least

Friendly and efficient service. The most important thing is the food. I ordered the beef chow mein and a prawn spring. Both contained massive amounts of cabbage. The spring roll did taste better than the beef chow mein however it was an unsatisfactory experience. I cant say that I will be eager to make a semblance at this restaurant again.

Food was horrible.. I had a prawn chow mein...it was filles with cabbage and onion only. Spring rolls have no taste and the pastry is greasy and tastless. Will never eat there again!

Must be the worst restaurant in amanzimtoti.. Food came late and in takeaway form.. We asked to be seated and they just left us there. With our food in a plastic bag on the counter.. When we complained.. Got irate.. Never ever again! Dont waste your time and money.. Shushi was tastles and very very small.. Rather support Zanzibar in winkelspruit.

Great environment, so relaxed and peaceful, food is amazing across the menu! We go there often whether we are taking out or dining there, always a great culenary experience! Do try the coconut milk, best ever!

Spring rolls where great. Chow mein noodles where like two min noodles. Not impressive

Forgot completely about this place, last had a meal there some 10 years ago. Dropped wifey off at Willies and low and behold Tong Lok hiding away in the corner. There may be NO flashing lights but the food is GOOD. Mary had menu A, I had C, both were superb.

Tong lok is closed it is now tommys chinese take away

Their beef curry & rice is moist, tender and beautifully spiced. Take a ways are super quick.
