Best service I ever had from siya and tervin keep it up

Siyabonga is an assett to Samsung. He went over and above to assist me and I rate his service 10 out of 10. He is most knowledgeable and has an extremely sharp brain. I would recommend his services anyway of the week.

Went to your store yesterday with a one year old phone that just died. Was just informed that you dont deal with repairs. Why on earth are you an exclusively Samsung store then. I am very upset about this, because the phone is lost to me now, because I cannot get it to the Nandi drive repair centre. Why cant the store not just book it in and send it for the necessary assessment and repair. Will not buy a Samsung again.

I am highly disappointed with Samsung and the representative of Samsung. I came into the store to inquire regarding repairing a crack to the camera screen. I was met with disinterest and told to go to the gateway store. I asked this Samsung representative if they could call and ask about the estimated price of repair only to be told no. I had to go there myself. For a brand that deals with communication, there seriously is a lack of it here. I do not recommend this store.

I came in to the Samsung store Pavilion today to purchase a smart watch for my daughters birthday. Staff tell me no stock on the one I wanted. After I insisted that they go and check, suddenly they now have stock. The demo units on display were all non operational dead not charging what a joke. Pathetic service and lame excuses from staff on duty.what a disgrace for a high tech store. You are better off buying online.

I saw an advertisement on the Samsung website for a Galaxy A01 for R1600 but there was only a dual sim available at R1800. I enquired with the staff and they were unhelpful in assisting me in finding what I was looking for. They said its an online only deal which isnt stated on the Samsung South Africa website.

Came in this morning with a problem on my phone was really upset but Jodie managed to clam me down and sort my problem out ... such an amazing service from him

Travis managed to solve my phone problem in 5minutes and even set up face recognition for me. It was the most pleasant experience I will definitely go back to Samsung in Pavillion next time my phone gives me problems.
