Contrary to the consistent negative reviews we experience in SA, I would like to thank Gloria...an incredibly helpful employee at the repair centre for the pleasant and professional way she conducted the receiving in of my broken phone.The phone was repaired within a week and returned to me in a great condition.Thank you MTN...it is so good to be able to post a positive review!!

They apparently dont accept walk ins anymore, so iwas advised to go to ANY MTN store, so I went to The Atrium..... They said that they cannot assist as the phone was purchased from MTN Direct so asked me to go to either Musgrave or The Pavilion..... Musgrave advised me that they also cannot book the phone in and I should go to The Pavilion. Absolutely useless. Wish I could rate it Zero 🌟

Id give them zero stars if I could.My phone was booked on the 5th October 2016 for an EXCHANGE since my screen was cracked and I was told it will be ready for collection in 2-3 weeks.It is now 14th NOVEMBER 2017...over a month later and whenever I call, Im told we dont have Huawei P9 in stock and when they do get stock and I call again, they still SOMEHOW just dont have Huawei P9 in stock and [my] phone is still awaiting exchange How does your supplier deliver stock but what your customers ACTUALLY NEED is not delivered among the stock???Do you not speak to suppliers to make certain that phones customers are waiting for, get delivered ???How is business done? Im still in school and I know better

Their contact number does not exist and the call centre is not willing to give the correct number. My phone was sent in 2 weeks ago in the PMB store and they showed me the reciept that it was picked up 2 weeks ago but according to the call centre they only recieved it yesterday. The lady i spoke to was so rude!!!!!!!!

My device was booked for repair in durban since in February but even today i havent receive my device. this is bad service.durban hvrc dont pick up calls to check and fellowup

Why is there no number for actual repair center but only call center who cannot help you

Really awkward tight office that never seems to get much done at anything faster than snail pace.

Drove there only to be told by security they closed it over a year ago

Quick repairs, usual horrible face to face service. Took 2 days to fix phone and 3 weeks to deliver from Jhb.

Dont really care to much about customers, I have had my phone damaged for 10 weeks.

Poor turnaround time. And apathetic staff. Dont care attitude towards customer service from the company. No signage displayed on the exterior of the complex to state that this is where they are located nor directions inside to guide you
