Very poor service. No proper quotation given. Phones are booked in for repairs but not much communication thereafter on the faults and quotes. will not recommend anyone to repair their phone here.

Repaired my Nokia 7 plus just fine. Not a big centre tho. Doesnt seem like they keep many parts - have to order

Kept my phones for nearly a year with no updates until I checked in. Kept making excuses that their parts are arriving. When I asked to collect them(not repaired) they took a week to get them assembled and still charged me for assessment.

They fixed what they needed to, however, my camera was working proper when it went in, and came out much more blurry, when mentioned I was told “maybe the impact caused it” used the phone for two weeks after impact, they’re cheaper than their competitors, not sure how to go with this, mixed feelings.

Very poor service.. They damaged my fone more n never fix it..they never called but expected me to call them..they promised to fone but didnt. Dont ever take fones to alpha cellular

Reasonable pricing and excellent fast service.

Phone repairer, they are doing a good job with genuine Nokia parts. The problem is a delay on spares delivery.

Pathetic service. Giving your device here is equivalent to throwing it away. Received my device not working with no explanation except that they cant be held responsible.
