I walked into the store today.Firstly they need to upgrade to a tap and go card machine because the one they have is super outdated. And common, its a VODACOM store.Secondly the lady there was really having a bad day. I mean why doesnt she smile? Shes gentle, arrogant and polite but doesnt smile. While waiting for my screen protector to be replaced, 2 customers walked in but she never cared to greet and smile. Just arrogantly yet polity advised them regarding their queries. I genuinely believe that I aint returning to this store due to the lack of hospitality shown to the customers.The other issue was the screen protector. She applied the first one which was defective apparently due to the heat. So she tried another one and had the same issue. Then she says the same thing is happening and then stands and stares at me. As a person behind a retail counter, you should be looking for a solution to the problem you created for the customer . Mind you that my old screen guard had to be removed to put the new one on. I wasnt going to leave without a solution. She then wanted to bill me R100 instead of 150. Like common. R100 for a defective product? What in the world. She then said I should go to the mtn store next door if I want.Eventually I explained that she needs to give the product at cost (which was apparently R80). Mind you I wasnt mad at her or anything but she needs to better her customer experience by a large scale.
