Disappointed with the service! the service is unprofessional and staff are rude. I had a lady come up to my car and tell me take a walk. With such pathetic customer service I would not recommend them to anyone. It is such a pity that there is such a high unemployment percentage in this country and staff at DEKRA Automotive Pinetown have jobs with their customer service.You guys need to get your act in order!

A little disgruntled due to the the method of quoting. I dealt directly with the manager who could not provide me with a quote yesterday but rather offered to send me another quote with banking details on so I could revert payment. Further to this wasnt even sent to me and when I tried following up she couldnt be bothered to take the phone and sort out the issue.To confirm i havent done the test with them so this is not a reflection on the testing but rather the professionalism of admin staff.Went with the new Germany branch rather. MUCH more professional.

Service itself was fine but they made me book an appointment slot but then I had a wait more than an hour before being helped. If appointment slots are booked stick to them.

Unprofessional staff, they don’t check cars according to the line. I’ve waited for 2 and a half hours for a job that takes an hour max. One staff member that evaluates car opens my hood and call me to close it because it’s done. Despicable
