Having visited the dealership on a few occasions I find that some staff deliver exceptional service. I appreciate the sms system that keeps you up to date with the progress of your service and the courtesy calls. They offer refreshments to clients who are waiting which is great and the drivers are very good. I have noticed that certain clients receive preferential treatment, which should not be the case.

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I sent my vehicle in for a service and these guys either broke or swapped my back light. When I asked them to show me the camera footage, they did not get back to me. They have ignored all my emails. The manager also kept on making excuses! One week after my service, I discovered that the oil was short in my vehicle....how is that even possible if they had serviced it already??? will not support them ever again!
