Disgusting after sales service. Being in the lockdown period I would expect there to be delivery delays and parts to be on back order which is completely understandable however this branch is not good for anything other than the sales. After sales when it pertains to servicing they will insist that they had called you making it seem as if you are lying when you indicate that you were awaiting yet didn’t receive any call. Each time you are expected to call and follow up about your part and get no communication and follow up from their behalf. Isn’t it the duty of the dealership to inform the consumer of a part arrival? I guess not in this branch.

Id just like to kindly say that not all the population of genders know car terms and what specific car terms it would be when asking for a new part. I called two other places and no one gave me any attitude or disrespect in that I didnt know the CORRECT term yet couldnt understand but my explanation was spot on. Im very saddened because I was polite.

Worst service form the sales rep i booked a test drive with. They couldnt locate the car that was book for a test drive and after waiting around for more than a half hour was told it had been supposedly sold. I booked the test drive 4 days prior and urged the sales rep to inform me if anything changed cause i lived more than an hour away and didnt want to come for no reason . Very unprofessional.

Dont know about your cars, I drive a VW. But seriously. Sort out your burglar alarm, every time it gets windy, it goes on and off the whole night, I have even spoken to your security guard, HE PUTS MATERIAL INTO HIS EARS TO BLOCK THE NOISE B3CAUSE YOUR MANAGE,ENT IS NOT INTRESTED IN REPAIRING THE ALARM......................... POSTED 11 MONTHS AGO AND STILL NO REPLY EXCELLENT SERVICEJune 2020 your alarm still screams like crazy

I have received a very bad service from this guys,and nobody seems to care about my complains.I purchased a car from them in september 2017 amd when they delivered me the car ,i was told that the spare key of my car is at their offices in durban and they are going to courier it to me in johannessburg.ever since den when i call then they alwys change their stories,iv been waiting for my spare key for the the past 5 months,they alws have new stories to tel me.they have no honesty towards their customers.now when i call ,they even tel me that there is no contract that says they will give me a spare key.I am an unhappy client and i would return my car if i had to dats how bad their services are.
