Thought it was an okay placed. Salesman low key pressure you into getting a vehicle in a sense it turns out to be uncomfortable. Once sale is made, the salesmen gather around and laugh - I walked out same time and called to cancel the whole thing.

Poor service. Sale person couldnt assist regarding the vehicles. He didnt know the difference between new and used. Cannot give spec of vehicles. Just insisted on viewing used vehicles. I would rate it zero stars

Went in to look at buying a Hyundai because of previous experience. Test drove a car that I thought would suite my needs but was nut impressed. The sales consultant Dumi was very polite.

The sales people are very good with persuading you to buy their cars but once you buy them you are on your own. It’s been over 6 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my license plates, and my temporary expired 2 weeks ago. Endless calls prove to be in vain. It’s always some excuse. I eventually managed to get some feedback and was told my plates would be with me within 2 working days but still nothing. Dealing with them is too much of a hassle. It’s not worth it.

I got all the information I needed and they went good about not dealing a car. If they did they wouldnt have made a loss but profit. I still look forward to deal with them as soon as they see me as a business young man I am. Im still looking for a deal anyways

The service from Hyundai was 110% for arranging the finance and the paperwork to initially get my car. Today is the 25th and four weeks later I dont have my plates and the permit expired on the 18th August. I kept in touch with my sales person before and after the permit expired and visited Harbour view branch twice at my own cost and made numerous calls to the salesman and I still did not get my permit. arrangements were made for my permit to be dropped off at home on the 24th but still did not get the permit. Called the brick hill road branch this morning and I was told it will be dropped off shortly and then called them again @ 14h31 and now being told what I was told last week that there is no permit book. they once again took down my number and told me they would call back...

Service in spares is very slow and treat customer with disdain, and make you feel they doing you a big favor
