The Durban multi franchise sold me faulty Renault koles o, i received the car on 20 of December 2020 and after a month , on 20 Jan 2021 I took the car to workshop because of gearbox problem,The Renault cant fix the car , the car had a problem which dealer aware about that because they already changed the gearbox twice and the last time was before they delivered the car to me but they didnt tell anything to me about this problem,after 3 months ,which car is still in the workshop the dealer lawyer send me email which they cant replace the car and ,they dont pay my expense and my installment because I drove the car 3000km .they sold faulty car , they couldnt fix the car but they dont want to refund my installment ,which is 17000K till today,people please dont trust this dealership and dont buy car,if you find any problem the wont be responsible for that.they dont care about customer they want just to keep their profit from their faulty car sale.i wont give even one star .

On the 30th I phoned in ragarding the problem with the navigator and I was told I should bring the car on Wednesday booking is done.Brought the car on Wednesday only to be told there are no bookings records. Very disappointing service department.
