Booked my car in for a service here. Had no trouble at all. Simply called, got a time and date, received a SMS and dropped off my car. They finished earlier than expected and everything was 100%. Happy with the service they offered.

Beware Diagnostic reports can feel like a RIP-off, because in my case it stopped at 1st problem, unable to check remainder systems, no printout of diagnostic results provided, thus no actual evidence of diagnostics undertaken. All this for nearly R1000 . Also beware of unsolicited additional value added services eg windscreens chip repair which does not get claimed via your insurance. Overall unsatisfactory service and results. Unlikely to use them again.

The service at the parts department stinks. I had ordered a set of head light guards which cost R1000 for my hilux and when I opened it two plastic clips were missing. I took it back and I got told that I must buy a the clips for R350. It was a mistake on their side yet I must pay again for something I never recived. I spoke to the manager Jeeresh and all he said was that he cant take the loss. Im very disappointed with the service and how they treated me as a customer.

Their service was always good for my moms car. Since its practically the only new car sales place in Westville, its great.
