I have been trying to get a hold of the manager from the service department. i have left two messages each day for the past three days but he has not even tried to return my call. no customer care or service delivery any longer it seems.its a pity because this used to be a very branch to deal with.

Called twice and no one returned my call regarding an issue I had with one of my display features. Called again 3 times for them to finally tell me to bring my car in to check. Waited 35 mins and left as no one came (there were calls in between and I went in, etc). Kumaren called AFTER I left to find out where I am with no apology for making me wait and after sharing my frustration arrogantly says ok, thank you and hangs up. Well thank you VW Weiss for your amazing service.

Worst car shopping experience ever. I was trying to trade-in my car for a newer model and one of the sales representatives tried to swindle me, first he lied about my car’s book value. He said it was at least R9000 less than what it actually is, then he told me the lowest interest rate was one percentage, the next moment the finance manager says its something else which is way higher than what I was told by the sales representative. He then went on to say my car needs a paint job thus they were offering me less money. If youre planning on trading your car in here please do research about your car’s value and all like I did. Otherwise, youll be swindled.

Bought my car here cpl yrs ago. Got an umbrella as a gift. Yippee how exciting. Cos they ran out of proper gifts. But my grouch is the service plan which I took. 5 yrs /60000km. This past wk when I took my car to avw dealer, they(unitrans) refused to fulfil the plan. Reason I had 4 services done already. I must add my car is nowhere near 60000km n 5 yr term expires only in January. So beware of the service plans. Not worth it.

These guys have surprised me for going the extra mile for their customers. Recently had a 30K service, asked if they could look at the sunroof as it kept jamming. They ordered the parts and a week later Im back to fix the sunroof. Compared to the previous dealership I went to for 15K service, Weiss VW has far exceeded my expectations. Bravo!!!

They damaged my mags while trying to open the tyre. Took it back to them at my cost to have a look at it. The service advisor stated he will refer to the manager and call me on Monday afternoon. I had to call him on Tuesday at 11am only to be told the same excuse I referred to my manager and he will get back to me... he is in a meeting it was negligence by the workshop staff. Why should I have to do all the follow up. If he did refer to the manager, the least he could have done was to call me. Very poor service!

I have to constantly phone for someone to provide me with information regarding my vehicle.Second incident at this branch thus far, where I am told I will be contacted but I end up phoning youre offices or actually arriving just to get some answers.Its 18:44 and I am still waiting for someone to inform me why my Polo GTI that has 56 000kms does not start.I understand that we are all busy but communication is key in providing excellent customer satisfaction and service.Please drastically improve.Regards
Tried calling 3 times to book my car in for a service, either no answer or all service advisers are busy. Purchased 3 VWs from this dealership due to their pricing, but not a dealership I would use to service my cars.
Tried to make a booking twice with service department and both times were too busy and left a message both times and both calls were not returned. My third call was to the dealer principal, Shaun, and still unsuccessful in making a booking. Took less than 5 minutes to make a booking at another dealership.

Im from Gauteng province here on holiday, on my way here the clutch on my VW TIGUAN got stuck an started making a noise and there was smoke an fumes everywhere, nearly causing a terrible accident as I was on the fast lane, managed to move on to the yellow lane and switch off the car, waited for it to cool down and drove to my destination, luckly we arrived safely, I called road side assist and received excellent service, the car was towed to your dealership an since then I have been calling to find out what was the problem. Was told the car is in your workshop an someone was looking into it an they will call me shortly,I have called four times an there is no answer! no one has called me I called your dealer three times an just now at 16h45 no one is answering the phone, if I knew where this place is I would come there in person, my holiday is ruined already, I just need to know what happened with the clutch and if its safe for me to drive it home, I can take it back to Hatfield VW where I always get excellent service services, pls help !!!
The service of the service advisor was not in the standard that I am used to from Barons service consultants. There is also lack of communication in the lift arrangements. I had requested to be picked up and I waited nobody came.
Thank you Clive and workshop helping with a breakdown nearby closing time on Saturday.
