Drove out to see a particular car on Thursday although a Public holiday. Both my husband and I were impressed that the security guard knew as much as a basic salesman on the vehicle. I think he shud be given a chance..He certainly is passionate about your vehicles and even took out his.phone to give us the sales managers name.

Usually never have a good time at Renault dealers but thanks to Zak I actually had a good experience from Renault. After making an expired deal possible for me and going out of the way to help me and make my request happen I would recommend Zak and the Pinetown Renault to other owners.

I bought a car 2 months back at Renault Pinetown, all went, I expedited everything on my side even the payout so they did, they gave me a temp disc which is understandable, that was valid till the 2020-11-05 I sent an email 3 days after the expiry date, which I recieved a response 3 days later, saying the emails were not working, I was told that they will send another temp disc, still today I have not heard from them, I hate this because they charge upfront for the licensing of the disc, I am not supposed to fight it, after service is very important toe

Renault car dealership was closed when we got there, but a Security guard by the Name of Welcome was so very helpful, he took time to explain to us where the used, demo model, new cars were etc and he was extremely versed in the difference types of cars as well as the differences between such vehicles. He allowed us to view the cars and even took us to the back area where the cars were kept, outside the building and lets is have a look around detailing some the features of such. This man is definately a company man and sees himself as an integral part of the company. I was impressed by his knowledge of the cars and the features. He gave us a name and number of whom to contact and told us the business operating hours.we thanked him and left feeling that much more equipped with knowledge on what we wanted to purchase. I must say the cars are neat and very well kept and their prices are definately value for money. We hope the product upon purchase will be the same.

I had a warning light appear on my dash and was concerned as the car started to feel sluggish. I contacted Renault Pinetown for advice on what the cause could be. No-one was able to take my call immediately and I left my number, fully expecting to have to call back myself at some stage. Within an hour of my call, I received call back from the Service Manager who politely asked for details of the problem. I was advized to bring the car in and the problem was sorted out in no time. Renault Pinetown team are amazing from top to bottom and I would like to commend them for their outstanding commitment to great customer experience.

Im experiencing a terrible time with Renault for real in Pinetown 😠. I Bought Triber in August 2020 for busines purposes, this car is a mess for real, it cant start sometimes, it cant even brake. I took this car for check up several times and last time for service they told me that they dnt have the vehicle part for service 🤷‍♀️. After doing that long waited service still it comes back with the same issues. Claiming from the warranty for major part while it the first time servicing 😠. Im not happy at all Im loosing on my business side because of this car🤦‍♀️

I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service to such a high degree before in any capacity. Dylan was not only friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about his product, but he went the extra mile to keep me informed and to make sure that I received the best possible service. I called them with an emergency this morning, and I was told they are too busy, and will call me back. They never did.Even after calling them again, the agent refused to put me through to a service agent, quoting, they are too busy.Business must be good Pinetown Renault that you feel it okay to openly let customers in need know, that you Dont Care.

Purchase a Clio at Renault Pinetown in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa and in a matter of 6weeks Its been going back forth. Took delivery of it on the 6/8/2018. Refuse to accept a brand new car being put back together numerous times, dash being damaged and a second hand part been fitted to my car without even asking if I would be happy with a second hand part. My car have Spent more time at the dealer than I could be enjoying the car. I would most certainly not recommend this dealer.👎🏽

Terrible. very poor. a door locked ordered for 3 months or more without no update. finally was called to install it and when I 1st took it in they said it can be even fixed anywhere preferable to me. we debated that then suggested to come in. the staff that called in to bring in the car then said they can not for safety reasons. asked him if they would drop me back to work if I bring in the car. He agreed. i then Ill try to come in at around 7:30 am. couldnt make it on time came at around 12:30 in order to return for my 13h00meeting. Indian lady assisted me well and cause she was not dealing with my matter she then escalated my matter to the white lady. We 1st had miss understanding because she said they do not deliver clients during the day and no one to assist in installing/servicing my locked. But agreed to arrange a driver who was away to pick up clients ast Shallcross. Waited understanding her explaination. Saw that 30 minute has gone and was already late for my appointment/meeting I then went to enquiry of the progress or get a refund and forget about fixing the door as it such a hustle to sort 1 small matter. Driver come and there was no response if Im being drop off or what. 15 minute later come the same driver told me that he has been instructed to tell me to take a seat my car will be fixed within 5 to 10 minute. while waiting for that a ģuy who called me in the previous day came denied saying ill be delivered to my work place. He gave me contact details to contact his manager and report. I then ŕequested him to retrieve the telephone records if he denies that he did agree to drop of. he insisted that he never said so. he was only going to drop of in the morning. What irritates the most with renault employees when you face challenges they deny everything they said instead of apologising and fix the problem. it not the first time I had the problem. the other time it was Nicky. when I enquired about my invoices and even explain that Im asking so that in future I understanf better she told me that I was stupid. How can you be called stupid if you rephrase what you being tild in order to digest and be sure of what being said so that you will not repeat 1 and the same mistake/s in future. I never had good experience and this is my last time I ever return to this place and going forward I will never refer anyone as I dont want then to experience being made less a person.

Unfortunately the first impression lasts. I bought a brand new car here. Had many issues most of which have been resolved now after fighting. Its just a pity I would have been very impressed had I not had to fuss so much over the customer service. RENAULT will not see me buy another car from them again even though the car is decent. Companies like RENAULT should remember that in order to retain a client you should look after them and take responsibility and not look for any excuse under the sun as to deny the issues on a new car. The main reason to buy a new car is to not sit with someone elses problem. Overall experience was terrible even though they eventually did what they needed to.
