Had an amazing dinner there, fantastic service and a very unusual and delightful wine menu! The dinner menu is great and there are so many options, I struggled to choose! Went for the Asian poke bowl, fresh and delicious. The baked cheesecake with caramel and Rolos was possibly the best cheesecake I have ever had!

Lovely service, simple, tasty artisan meals and staff are always friendly. Upon hearing that it was my birthday, our waiter organized me R100 meal voucher for our next sit in meal. Didnt enjoy the Bellevue smash drink , we were served a rather dry mini carrot cake or muffin , we expressed our concern and the waiter offered to change it , without a fuss, we were able to order something else. Loved the replacement slice of cake, vanilla and chocolate something🤦🏾‍♀️, moist, tasty and delicious 😋. I love the upcycled gin bottles used to serve water 😊Our waiter was really exceptional, a young man with a ponytail 🚶🏼‍♀️. Cant recall his name unfortunately 😒

Lovely spot one of the restaurants that survived the covid cull almost intact in terms of service and offering. Great venue, great menu, quality food offering, still love it!

While the food was great as always tonight and the staff friendly as always, I was disappointed that as always seemed to be rushed with a table and seems like the people have big table parties and purchasing alcohol are more important (rowdy), remember us small fries have assisted helping getting you through this lockdown/covid period.

Dish presentation and taste was to perfection. Ambience and setup was very inviting and tranquil. Service wasnt good. Waitor didnt know some dishes existed on menu. Cocktails Mojitos i was expecting cocktail glasses not normal tall glass with mint leave and lemon in glass.

A most disappointing experience. We went up the hill from Westville to an old favorite from days pre covid only to be shocked by absolutely mediocre food. Asian flavors were absent where promised, duck spring rolls had more pastry than filling and where bland in taste. The pizza was OK but the Asian chicken was dry and also pretty tasteless. With a view into the kitchen, the lack of finesse with which plating was being handled left lots to be desired. We were cursorily asked once if we OK by a manager. All in all the best part of the evening was the vondeling merlot in an altogether overcrowded rushed off their feet fast food diner experience....

Discovered Bellevue Cafe on Google Maps enroute on a chilly, wet and misty morning. What a lovely surprise we got! The place is upmarket steam-punk cozy, with individual heaters at tables, great service, and delicious breakfast options. We thoroughly enjoyed the high quality and flavors of the food. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

What an amazing restaurant, we visited on the recommendation of our friends who live in the Kloof area. We were greeted on our arrival and were offered a few sitting areas we selected the upstairs as it was cold outside. The menu selection was really good my husband had the Thai prawn and chicken and I had the chicken schnitzel. Both of us really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back when we are in the area again it was like a real little oasis.

Good food. Great ambiance. Friendly serving staff.However food takes somtime to be served so if you you want a quick bite this is not the place for you. If want to chill and relax then it is the place for you.

If you might think the reasonably priced menu is expensive, wait till you see what your plate looks like...its huge. I had to take a take-away. Very tasty food and friendly staff

Really interesting location tucked away Ina creative design Centre. The decor is interesting and eclectic. Some very interesting breakfast options. I ordered tge rarebit which I found to be a soggy disappointment. More like a bowl of loose sauce and rather bland. Really bitter over roasted coffee. Pity really

Tasty food and pleasant staff but the food did take quite a long time to come even though we mainly had pizza salads. I hope to come back to try some of there other menus but then they need to change there reservations policy as having no reassurance of a seat will lead to me going somewhere else instead of wasting time with unknowns.

What a lovely experience! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the coffee was great and the whole ambiance was so relaxing. The candle style lighting, and open sides that lets nature in really makes fir a great experience. The menu has options for all the popular eating lifestyles. I loved this place. Food, staff, even the car guard was very good. Maybe extending breakfast hours from 11:00 - 12:00hrs would be great.

Pleasant space outside but quite noisy inside. Good menu.

It was chaos when we arrived and we werent sure where to sit or who to speak to. We had to ask. It took 20 minutes to get our small cappuccino. And we were approached by 4 different waitresses during this time. But the food was good and once the hustle and bustle slowed to a blur it was a nice venue.

We went for the milkshakes and were certainly not disappointed. They were seriously good old-fashioned milkshakes and absolutely delicious. We also shared a pizza which was excellent! Highly recommend this spot and we will be back.

The first time we came here about a month ago, we had a memorable experience.Today was sad.We got the wrong drink.The food was cold.We waited for an incredibly long time for our bill and take out containers. This has left a bad taste in our mouths.Come back again??? I dont know!

This establishment is absolutely beautiful. Their food is lovely. I actually just visit because of the creativity around the buildings. Customer service is a bit weak, the waiter burned my aunt with a teapot on her arm and didnt even offer her an ice pack. I would say other than staff training they are a place Id visit any day of the week. I love the lighting and aesthic atmosphere.

Butternut pasta was amazing. Pasta had a harrisa cream that added to the flavour with the feta made it a good vegetarian dish. Menu didnt have alot of vegetarian options though. Restaurant had both inside and outside seating. Cakes and tarts are also available for sweet tooth eaters.

Rather disappointing meal after been there a few times-3 ladies steaks were all underdone, my wife had hers cooked further, one lady took home for her cat and other was not impressed very tough and think just did not finish, my calamary was slightly overcooked and tough-also had runs when got home, friend asked to make sure that it was Norwegian salmon and on cutting saw that it was not pink so Cape salmon and not the best. Ladies thought that potatoes were warmed up and a gravy poured over, not appetising. Service was good however. Bob

I ordered the Calamari salad via UberEats. The portion is so small, calamari is cold and not worth the R155 I paid. They didnt give me utensils or serviettes despite my request. So now Im at work with no cutlery to eat my small salad and no serviettes to wipe my hands. Very disappointing since it was my first time trying them out, I dont think Ill be back again.

Went on Monday evening. Disappointed with the customer service from both the manager and the waiter. Manager only came to us few minutes before we left but went around to other tables to check them. Waited long for both our drinks and food. Waiter 1st gave me wrong drink. With our starter he gave us wrong info. Definitely not the service i expected.

Had the grilled chicken sandwich and surprisingly it was well below average. Tasted like they used Cross & Blackwell fake mayo. My wifes pizza was much better but still could have had a little more toppings.

I ordered via UberEats and my order has been delayed for over 30mins. A simple request to query whether my order has been accepted, ready or picked up turned into sour. My call was picked up, passed on to the manager, subsequently muted while I help on the line with no one on the other end.Disappointed to say the least and the restaurant is no longer taking orders. Zero customer service.
