Good for grocery shopping, keep in mind its a small shop, not a lot of grocery items.

Spar st Georges has been recently renovated. Its very clean and their prices are reasonable.

Ive been doing some shopping there for almost 5 years now. This is one of their best store around Durban.

They operate quickly at the tills ,so you wont be standing long in the queue

It been a 2years now My father use a Spar for money transfer but today he robbed his money R4000 is for Grocery he was transferred at home at bulwer but only found out the money was cashout at standard bank at Broad we dont know how, when he put a complain on a manager she does not entertain him even to show him a camera no. Only I can say we are trusting Spar but the service is low now and the security is not tight... Please Help

Long Q waiting for 30mins and to get to the till for them to tell you the products I had the promo ended a day ago. The service is going down very fast how can you have only 3 cashiers in the afternoon? Not happy at all with the service I received yesterday.

Deli is bad. The staff ignores you, youd often wait for about 15 minutes to get just scrumbled eggs. Theyre slow. Otherwise all is well and their queues are super fast, so big ups to the cashiers!

SPAR REFUSED TO SELL ME MASK WITH A DEBIT CARD!!!!!!!!Im very angry and frustrated with Spar St Georges work procedure experienced a very bad service from security guard and supervisor Barongiwe. They refused to let me buy a mask with a debit card.I advised the supervisor why Id like to pay with a card as dealing with cash transmits the virus even more swiping is a better alternative as prescribed by government.Firstly the masks should be sold at the entrance and not at the exit that does not make sense. Its appaling that Spar has such inexperienced and very rude security staff and supervisor these are the people that should uphold the companies policy and become the face of the Company. It is also very disturbing that the manager was also willing to loose a customer buy not proving an alternative for me to buy the mask with a card. How many customers is Spar going yo be chasing away for not having cash to buy a mask??? I dont want receive a call from the manager apologising. Disciplinary measure should be taken as these staff members are degrading the service level at Spar and the quality highly unacceptable and I will be taking this to all social media platforms until something is done. Spar has lost me as a customer literally I will not recommend for anyone to purchase goods there as the staff lacks customer service!

Excellent and one of my favourite. But today i was not happy with the service i received from one of the cashiers. She was very rude to me. She was ordering me on what to do as if i was the cashier and she was the customer. Very unacceptable behavior for customer service.

Bad service ever I am a regular customer as m always buying my lunch everyday..but today the lady was just standing while she sees me that I need assistance on the scale to scale my bananas as usual.but the lady didnt assist up until I lost my patience.The lady plaited long braids on her hair light incompletion medium size.Thank you to the manager who assisted me an Indian lady with long hair.

The lady by the name of Mbusoh at the lottery counter was very rude to me today 19.11.2019. She is very unhelpful and should either go for customer service training or quit because she lacks all kinds of customer service. Utterly disgusted,totally put me off
