The worst ever!! tried calling them no answer , I had to go there 5 days in a row because I wanted to do swim swap and they kept telling me to come back tommorow because the system was down.

Helpful staff, good knowledge of thier products. Would recommend a visit if.you are.im the market for cellphones.

Tried calling manager Mozaffas all day no answer.Farhan is a lazy customer service employee, he refused to help me do a sim swop, he was more interested in chatting to his fellow female employees, please pull your camera footage on Wed,15th Jan from 2pm to 2:30pm, you will see he is sitting and chatting to 2 female employees while we customers are waiting for service.I have esculated issue with Farhan to MTN head office as well.

Terrible service. Took out a contract with them and was told I would be contacted to collect my sim. After 2 days of no communication I decided to try and contact them. After many attempts of them not answering they finally answered and I was told somebody will get back to me which hasnt happened and its been more than 24 hours since then. When I tried contacting them again today they dont answer their phones. Would not recommend.

They refuse to answer calls and insisted that my R500 samsung voucher was only worth R300 when I went to redeem it. They messed up claiming my free samsung accessory and then instead of having the store sort it out they pushed the blame on the consultant alone and had him pay out of his own pocket. Very unprofessional and terrible management. Should definitely avoid this one.

All went well but then tried to call them to clarify something and they don’t answer at all!! So now have to go back and query. Very frustrating.
