This company is perfect!!! thats the word thats comes to mind ifi think of wns. they are proffessional and company pays well

HiI am so disappointed and disgusted with the recruitment process conducted in this office.On the 6th of March I was interviewed and told I had been successful and will be called to come in soon however there was nothing nor any call or message after that.On that day, we were a group of people being interviewed and some of us who were told we were successful had to wait for about 2 hours even before the interviews.So I went back there a month later as I was still looking for a job just to do a follow up on what happened exactly, so I spoke to a lady at HR by the name of Vuyiswa who told me she was still new in the company and she then advised me to come back the next day ... 13 April 2017 for the interview again.So I was told to come in between 08:00am and 08:30am, so I did. When I got there , there were other candidates as well waiting to be interviewed. We sat there from that time until around 10:00am when they only started interviewing, the lady who was interviewing was dragging her feet, walking up and down and telling the reception staff she was not in the mood for doing what she was doing, so the question is: if she was not in the mood for doing her job, in which picture does that put the company? What kind of image does that give the company?Im sorry to say that if that is the case such people need to be dealt with because it is not good for the image of the company.Anyway, she carried on interviewing and also coming out of the room eating, how unprofessional is that?When my turn finally came it was around 11:30am and during my interview she showed such a very negative attitude and made me feel worthless, she then left the room and came back with another guy by the name of Mr Zuma, this guy was also arrogant and rude, they both found too many wrong things with my cv which were not even uncalled for, like i didnt put my ID number and that I shouldnt put companies where I had temporary jobs in, this was really pathetic because I have an extensive amount of experience and I am a qualified person and very professional and I have worked for big and well recognised organisations in SA. I THEREFORE DID NOT LIKE THAT ATTITUDE, HUMILIATION AND BEING INSULTED THAT WAY. In my whole career I have never encountered such an unprofessional HR process, if at all they felt I was not fit for the company they should have been diplomatic and more professional about it.Thereafter they sent me outside the door and said I should stand there for 5 minutes which was really very strange because everyone who was being interviewed didnt have to go through that, why that humiliation, then after that the lady told me, should you be successful, you will be contacted by HR and if not you will not hear anything back from them.She then gave me back a copy of my CV.That is just so strange , rude and unprofessional to treat candidates like that.Please train your recruitment staff or get people who are professional with proper HR skills . This is not on and its creating a very bad impression for the company.PS also note: during the time we were waiting to be interviewed some employees were bringing their friends on board and making it so obvious that they are being organised jobs, so how does that work? That is alsosomething you need to look at.Thanks , Angry ..S N
