When you call in, if sales department cant assist you then surely the technical department will assist.

I bought 5 meters and the service was great. Quick activation and reasonable admin fee. Tenants can control their consuption amd no longer share one prepaid meter. This is great for tenants and landlords.

Im not a recharger client but I saw your meter on sale on takealot and I will need one for my apartment when I move out in a few months. Do I just purchase from takealot and get an electrician to install it? Or do I contact Recharger to do the installation? Sorry, I have no experience with prepaid electricity so no idea how this works

We have a few meters with recharger onnour property and payments are always on time.We dont recover our full usage though we have the rate set at maximum for our area and and personaly inspect the houses myself every month for tampering etc we have asked to raise our rate but i dont seem understand why we cannot

Good luck getting them to pay the rebate. Youll be sent from pillar to post, receive little useful help but plenty of contradicting statements.
