I enjoyed my ride,No problem at all, supposed to jump off at Park Station but I heard that u can jump off at Midrand as well, so I jumped off there, no hastle.USB charging ports, in the bus, nice comfy seats, I just realy hope Intercape does not drop the ball like Greyhound because if they have to run out of business then honestly I dont think I would want to use another bus service.OH and the most important one is that the toilet was not smelly. I did not use it but hopefully it was clean.
Intercape buses are always efficient. Your safety is guaranteed here and a smooth ride. It standard is forever maintained. Its clean and hygienic
Its the third time with Intercape that I had to wait for more than an hour beyond the schedule time. That makes it about 2 hours considering I have to be at station 30 minutes before departure.Lack of synergy between drivers, office clerks and online booking. As a frequent traveler between Joburg and Durban, Im swiftly losing interest in the brand. Seriously 🤞
It arrived an hour and 30minutes late.The phone chargers are not working properly. The TV and sound music didnt work. The drivers didnt communicate very well with passengers. I was on bus 903 to Durban from cape town.Otherwise we arrived safely.

I was sold a lie. I bought an express ticket avoiding multiple stops on the road but oh boy, before we even reach Durban station we had about 4 stops. I kindly asked the driver to explain the multiple stops but he just brushed me off with rudeness...That was 10h00 Johannesburg bus on the 1st of October 2021 going to Durban.When calling their call centre you can have dinner and finish whilst still on hold. Service is bad 👎🏼
This was a disappointing experience especially since it became an 11 hour trip . The seats were comfortable and there were cell phone charging points for everyone. The toilet had a sign that it was closed due to Covid. But people used it freely including the driver on 2 occasions. When it is used, there was no ventilation to extract the odour from the bus. The driver made announcements at the front of the bus only so we never knew which stops came up or how long we could take breaks for

What a terrible experience. The bus was late they offered no explanation as to why, we had a random stop where the driver rudely announcement we would not make any other stops. The passengers had to complain for this man to stop at Montrose. The driver spoke harsh to some of the passengers. Overall it was a nightmare
Before you get to the bus is where I really get worried.....the line is so long and many people are so lost, there are few stuff to help people. As a Doctor I didnt appreciate the social distancing. Getting inside is so wonderful ☺
I really love how Intercape is always on time, it is my preferred bus for long distance travelling. It is comfortable and really warm during these winter nights
Im on the bus right now, its on schedule so far and quite comfortable. Only issue Im having is the person behind me keeps banging my seat, not the companies fault.
Travelling standard was excellent, but the luggage was not organised in the proper way, this need to be resolved before travellers start loose their belongings and the time was not respected according to the time that was set
Im traveling from Durban North Beach to Pretoria. The desrespect and arrogance from the driver is on another level. To a point where my 9 yr old daughter and husband had to run behind behind the bus even after i told him they were still outside.For a company that says they vow to treat people with respect and humility im so disappointed.

The overall experience of the journey was great. The bus did delay for 30 minutes and the charging spots did not work. Neither did the TV but the drivers were great and everything else inside is comfortable.

The bus was terrible, no toilet or whatsoever. It seemed like the bus had a problem because it was doing the stop n go. There was a point where our driver took other route to Harrismith Mckechnie Shell garage for no reason we spent almost over 40 waiting for only God what with no communication made

The most nonsensical service since Greyhound has left the industry. They have most dissappointing customer service, and their drivers are just rude. The bus was 2 hours late and they didn’t give any explanation nor did call centre send sms as they usually used to. Never using this revive ever again. I’m so disappointed

I have been trying to contact intercape since 1pm and they have been on hold. I tried reaching out from the emails to social media paltforms and even now theres no answer. Purchased more that 80 of airtime and which was supposed to be my lunch. I dont have much more as to I am a student, I am really really frustrated and mad because I have to leave tomorrow morning
This was a disappointing, very sad experience as it went from being a 24hour ride to a 30 hour ride. The bus was suppose to arrive in Durban at 5:30 pm but it ended arriving at 23:30, people ended up sleeping at the bus station outside because there was no transport. The shocking part is that when we got there the bus just dropped us off and left us like that. I had to amble home cause there was No Ubers available at that time and I got mugged on my way.........they took all my things💔
This is at the Durban Station, be a bit more precise if ordering an uber to the location due to the fact that there are two sides to the station, rather uber to the intercape terminal and tell the driver to drop you off by the buses the car park side, be a bit careful as sometimes ubers or taxifi isnt allowed at that particular drop off due to the meter taxis, theres an Atm on the top floor of the station although the elevators dont work
My name is Busisiwe Mdlopane I normally travel with your bus everytime but I paid R390 for mainliner only to travel with budget liner. It was so uncomfortable.Dont think I will use your services again. I travel 3 times or more in a month but this trip was so unpleasant

When I expected disappointments, Intercape proved to be liable. Comfortability was acceptable and the bus arrived on the exact stipulated time of departure and arrival. So far so good,Im excited to venture more with intercape. If there was only a reservation seat choice, that would be 👍

Friday June 04 2021 I took the 17;30 bus from Cape town to Durban it was such a pleasant wonderful journey the two drivers Denzil and Moses were so professional , customer service were spot on and we arrived in Durban on time and according to schedule these two gentlemen will really make intercape proud. Well done guys!

Bus number 8114 needs to be taken out of the road. Reason being theres no toilet and the only stopping point is at Montrose. We cannot be holding In urine from durban to montrose and from there to Gauteng thats impossible. Bear in mind that some people travelling are pregnant woman some have kids that have to use the loo. Some of the seats are uncomfortable.
If there was a zero I would give it. Intercape should invest in giving seat numbers because we book early just for everyone to run to a line and now we sitting apart from each other. The inconvenience of now passing blankets and not talking because Im now sitting next to a stranger is not on. You guys need to wake up.

Intercape Budget Liner is clean, good air con and very professional, helpful, friendly bus drivers. Carming music. Office for weigh in of luggage at Marine Parade and Durban station.Seating average comfort. Seats very small, not suitable for bigger men or women who hang over side plus makes some form of social distancing impossible. Sanatize hands but thats it.Driver drives extremely well. For what I paid, even with the negatives, still value for money.No toilet and they only stop after four hours so some geriatrics were not doing so well. Think first stop should be 2 n half hours.

Much respect to their drivers. Those people know how to drive, and I always feel safe. Sad that the company standard keeps dropping. If its not the aircon/heater broken then the toilet doesnt flush or charging ports dont work or seats dont recline or one of the drivers is rude to passangers. Hey maan theres always a problem with Intercape of late nje.
It was chaos, the bus attendants cannot even control a line. The bus was supposed to depart at 9pm and it departed at about 9h45.
