No matter what time I visit this store the queues to pay are always long and slow. Ive been there at 9am with same prob as well the evening. So frustrating. I prefer other checkers as this one is small and too slow. Its convenient as in the area but not my first choice.

Absolutely disgusted in the parking areas for disabled parking, every parking we parked at we were told not allowed to park here its reserved for taxis and Uber! For the love of God Checkers where are your respect for the disabled and elderly, not to mention how useless the car guards are because they are not advising where to park! Shame on you Checkers!!

Well, things seem to be getting back to normal. I found just about everything I needed. I would have given 4 stars but for the extremely sour attitude of the till operator. Maybe some additional training in dealing with customers is called for. Not used to that.

Things are easy to find, the shelves are kept organized and clean & their fruits/vegetables are fresh.

Very disappointing, put things on special when its not. Absolutely useless in explaining. Very poor service, should get proper management who knows what theyre doing. The supervisor or manager, whomever there, was clueless and wasted my time trying to figure it out. You put something on special, be dead clear instead of wasting peoples time. Shocking...

For Quick and convenient shopping .. ample free parking

Good service generally but recently bought fat cakes only to find they were stale as if they were from two days before. I went to complain one of the lady managers looked for the bakery manager and just left me there as if shes not taking me serious.

Excellent service I received today late evening from the Lady Carol. Served with a smile and mind you I was in the wrong till as I had 30 items but stood in the less than 10 items by mistake. Thank you for your patience and dedication at work

Dirty floors. No trolleys or baskets available on many occasions. No pensioner lanes or wheelchair queues. Long waits at tillsAnd only half the tills open. Yet P&P is quick and easy..

Decent shopping, very often cold fridges are not working and products are removed and on many occasions found products had expired and had to complain to staff. Some staff will only chit chat whilst others are prompt and helpful

I sometimes wonder as to why I continue to shop at the Bluff Checkers. I continuously complain but there is almost always something wrong when we conduct our monthly shopping. Today, we dont have options on our favourite brand of yogurt. Last month its was ice cream. I just think that they just accept whatever stock is delivered. Shame on the management!

Reasonably priced food, friendly staff and convenient hours. However, the store always feels stuffy and sometimes has a bad smell. The bakery needs improvement as I have seen flies sitting on food a couple of times and some of the stuff is stale.

Close It home. Im a regular shopper here a hopper nd get most of my shopping done here. Ample parking. Clothes shopping grocery shopping and plenty food outlets for when you get hungry after all that shopping. Also theres a liquor store.

They answer telephones and have great trading hours. They close at 8 o clock on a Saturday and have a variety of fresh and high shelf life perishables. I think they need to update their listing on trading hours.

Conveniently situated in the Bluff. Surrounded by a few areas thus a constant flow of shoppers from these areas keep it busy. Popular for price, products and service.

This is another place where shopping is convenient for me. Everything is just around and nearby, financial institutions, shops, restaurants and almost all what you might need to do is there.

Food that is pre prepared is always dry and left out for flies to lay on... Staff needs customer service training a.s.a.p. pharmacy however is always very helpful though. If it wasnt for them I would never come back.

I think the management was slack due to my experience I was stuck in the lift no one came to help us. I had to somehow force the doors to open from the bottom the security guard keep saying someone was coming but no one did for an hr .I tried to phone the management while I was in the lift no one pick up.
