Was told to go and look for what i needed and if they have stock .so i must do their jobs .paid for delivery . My client messed up when delivery arrived (was taking too long to allow access .) Delivery was taken back and i got belittled by their management . When i had a comfirmed delivery acceptable time .they asked me very abruptly to pick my stuff up myself , which i did .however paying for a delivery and paying again for another is not my cup of tea .sad to say , im not buying here again .

With all due respect to those who left negative reviews here. I don’t understand what your gripe is. I’ve always received the most polite , humble and warmest reception ever. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and advice is always given ( free ) The admin staff always resolved disputes amicably. The after- sales service is excellent. I built my house from foundation to roof with them. Their products are of the highest quality (including the sand ) I’m totally satisfied with them. Next time you’re building your house, give them a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Unfriendly and no help available if these people dont know you and with the set up they have you wont know which person to go to so I stood at the door looking at everyone but they either look away or just dont care eventually I just stood behind someone that was purchasing and luckily that unhappy person sorted me out. Very much a contractors hardware, this place isnt for shopping such as at Builders Warehouse. They nonetheless carry a very large range of building materials & hardware at decent prices. The staff is also very helpful. Certainly the go to address for all things building and hardware in the Durban North/Umhlanga area.

BY far the best hardware store to deal with. Ladies are knowledgeable, helpful and really switched on. I deal with them daily in my line of work. (Construction) a well oiled machine!

Terrible service as a walk in client I shouldnt have to wait 2 days for the boss to come in for me to get a price.it should be the staff who does that.would rather deal with tegs and pinetimber they give you a price in less than 10 minutes and they get back to you dont lose clients while dealing with them.
