After selecting and paying for my purchases I asked the cashier whether the used pallets stacked outside were for sale she said she didnt know, fair comment. She then called someone to assist he went outside with me to view them, he also said he didnt know and went back inside I assumed to ask. After a few minutes thought Id go back inside and see what he was up to. Found him serving someone else! I was not impressed so left!!

I ride a motorcycle and arrived here, parked and then walked in. Sanitised my hands and was then asked by the security guard to leave my backpack at the door. Im coming from work, carrying my laptop and you want me to leave it randomly on the floor with a security guard whos barely paying attention. No sorry. There are other places I can shop that dont mistrust their customers. You let women I. With handbags that are easier to put stuff in than a backpack on my back.

Well..... If anyone wants to know what its like to experience incompetent, unhelpful and non existant service.... Period! Then take yourself to this DIY store. I woukd recommended you give it a try when you have taken youe Prozac in the morning. Wow... What a bunch of unhelpful and literally non existant staff on floor to help or aid one with answers and helpful direction that most of us need when wanting to buy anything at a DIY store. Last two times I went there, due to convince as they are just down the road from me, have left there without spending a cent and frustrated....so if you need Any DIY materials rather go to the Butcher at Checkers... The management should review there positions about escorting customers into the store, you cannot not shop comfortably when you have some one spying on you. I am a frequent shopper at this store .

A reasonable and well stocked storethe paint section is amazing , and you can get paint cheaper than gamehowever , they dont cut wood to size

9 cars at the same time can be washed. 3 cars gets a body wash, 3 cars for wiping outside and the last 3 cars the inside. Most of the employees get exhausted and end up not cleaning well the car. Misplacing of car mats is one of the annoying areas. Pay attention to what is in the car before you start working on it.

I bought a Rotary hummer Drill from here, staff was not helpful at all. I have been here A few times and when staff see you in the store its like you are doing them a favour that you are in their store. I even spoke to the manager who said they will call me back. I came in and three workers looked straight through me like I was invisible or something, and when I finally got sometimes attention after walking around for ten minutes, they misunderstood what I was looking for, gave me such out there advice that I went to my car and looked on the internet. The aluminium case I was looking had to be ordered online only... Wish I had saved myself the time.

The check out system needs to be revamped. One check out point is hidden. The other two obstruct the entrance/exit.It cant be difficult.

Builders is the place to go for all your DIY projects. I have used them from everything from simple painting jobs to more involved projects like plumbing and hanging doors and setting windows. They have all the equipment and items one needs to complete a complex DIY project. There prices too cant be beat. As part of the Macro/Walmart group their buying power ensures the customer gets a great price. They offer loyalty card rewards aswell. Drills to split air conditioners are available! I have always found what I was looking for at Builders warehouse. The sales employees are greatly knowledgeable and always very friendly and helpful. Parking is not always easy as the bays are rather small especially for my pickup.

Called it to see if they had cold mix Asphalt available. Was told that they had lots available. Drive there, ask the cashier if they have cold mix Asphalt available, she says yes they do. I am then told that I need to pay for it upfront, so I pay for the amount that I need. I then ask where can I pick it up from, the cashier tells me to please wait. I wait for 6 minutes then get told that they actually dont have any and that they will have to reimburse me my money that Ive just paid. That takes another 15 minutes. BIGGEST WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY. People need to do their jobs properly.
