I had been to the Pavilion store and had my nails done with another person. Our treatment went well and the technicians were pleasant. We both had vouchers that we wanted to use. There was a mix up when we produced our vouchers. It seemed like the staff themselves were a bit unsure as to how to perform the transaction. Anyway they ended up taking both the treatments out of one voucher and telling us that it was sorted. We went into the store three times to find that they could not use both the vouchers and and they could not reverse the transactions done, which left us, the customer , to sort out the monetary mix up on our own. The person assisting us was confused and her colleague that was at the other till was very rude. They did not communicate well with us and it left us feeling frustrated. I would not want to use this store again.

Booked a full body massage for 2 at 16h30 on 10 September. I was taken in at 16h40 . The masseuse asked me to get ready . She opened the tap, left it running and left the room for 3 minutes. She came back and proceeded to give me my massage. At exactly 17h30 she stopped . Told me my massage was over and left the room. My husband on the other hand went in after me but got his full hour massage. will not be utilising this branch again.

Booked my mum on Saturday at 1pm, she waited almost an hour with no apologies. My mum was already scheduled to be somewhere else so after an hour in the store she requested the appointment be rescheduled for Sunday. On Sunday 5th September 2021, she visited again, Londo was not professional her service was of very poor quality and rushed! We usually visit the salon at the WESTVILLE mall , will not recommend the Pavilion branch to anyone! Service is bad, attitudes are poor and it is clear the do not want to grow their client base! It was clearly obvious that they are more interested in their existing clients than keeping new ones.

My wife had her nails done. The results looked great and the staff there were great. But the nails only looked good for a week and then got damaged, so I was a bit disappointed. Not sure if was something we did wrong.

The service is amazing, the place is clean, the ladies that work there are just awesome. Definitely my regular spot now.

Was a waste of money and time...I paid almost R900 for a set of nails that needed to be repaired 3 times in 3 weeks...the receptionist was completely uninterested and I will definitely not recommend or go back there...

Not really impressed 😕I suggest a time -frame for each treatment because I felt my pedicure was rushed .I did not even get a 5 minute foot massage. Disappointed!

The staff was friendly, but I couldnt pay with my online voucher, they told me to call the Head Office on Monday. Imagine if I didnt have cash on me. Was very disappointed!

Booked a pedicure with a gel application. The pedicure was of a poor quality. Soaking of the foot and a two minute massage.Definitely not worth the price you pay. Would expect more from Sorbet. Will not recommmed this branch to anyone.

Ladies did a lovely job

The manager at the store is very rude. I called in for my points which were not loaded on my Clicks Clubcard. After contacting Clicks, they advised me to request the manager at Sorbet Pav to email proof and update the points, to which the manager tells me that she cannot email or do that. I cannot believe how unprofessional and unhelpful she was. Please hire managers who are willing to help the customer, and not be rude and abrupt. Definitely will not be going there anymore.

The massage was amazing. Had a lash lift but really wasnt impressed with it. The pedicure was very relaxing. Had the express mani which is perfect if you want low maintenance pampering. Would visit again.

Friendly therapists, made me feel very comfortable. And also very professional. Their staff uphold the brand name and image.

The Reception staff are lovely, but some of the treatment staff dont take their customers seriously. Its a social for the staff and they sit and chat over us customers and congregate in the back room whilst we wait for them to finish our treatments. I wont be back here!

Recently renovated with more relaxing new layout. Sparkling clean, professional, efficient deferent staff. Supplies of beauty treatments and nail colours requested always available. Super spoiling close to its best!

So, a month ago i had booked for 2pm and i got there waited and waited with no clear explanation.Was only attended after 40 mins or so. However the lady who did my nails was very friendly and did a good job. Can the manager please sort out the waiting issue please? we book certain times for a reason.I have a booking again there today, will let you know how it goes.. Cheers!

I set an appointment for my mom who was visiting Durban. The appointment was for 13h15. They attended to us at 14h00 with no apologies, no remorse, no panick or increase in speed in anything they were doing. At 14h10, we told the lady its not fair whats happening coz what was the whole point of making an appointment if we will wait for an hour to be attended to and had other things to get back to, so we left.They were so relaxed and unbothered shame. This is how franchises fail. Terrible staff.

Only gave one star because I needed to give a star, if possible I would have given none... The owner is very rude and refused to refund me for a product she had promised to refund for me If it didnt work (Store policy). She changed the policy on the spot and refused to refund. I was a loyal customer for the past 2 years.

Lovely pedi just that consultants need to no that a buff amd shine goes without saying if you not putting nail polish, or atleast ask not think they done then the customer needs to query if its going to be done or not ... either than that amazing service from the ladies will def be back.

I love this Sorbet - Princess is by far the best tech who has helped me (Durban and JHB) - I haven’t been able to find anyone who can do my nails as well as she did!

I am so impressed with the service and customer experience at Sorbet pavilion. Athough it costs R550 for an acrylic French with tips, and it takes 2 hours, it’s definitely worth it! I’m in love with my set and it’s worth the spoil for an occasion or for a special shoot! These are my Diwali nails and with the festive season, I’m looking forward to refill them at sorbet when they start growing out. 💕💅🏽
