Very disappointed with the service received. I had an appointment on the 23rd at 9am to get hair and makeup done for my brothers wedding. When I arrived at 9am I waited for 20 mins before being told that Shagufta was at another appointment. I called Shagufta and was told by her that she cannot talk as she was busy with a bride. I was then told to come back at 10.15 am.... When I called Shagufta again she said that she was leaving the brides house in 10 mins....to travel from Shallcross to get to me in Overport. Long story short, I was only seen at 10.50.... My appointment was for 9am... I had to leave for a pre wedding family photo shoot at 10.30 which I missed. I had to do my own makeup because Shagufta said that she was too busy with other clients to help, my hair was done by someone else, not Shagufta... I was not happy with it. My entire day was stressful and basically ruined because of the unprofessional and negligent treatment received by Xpressions. Please do not make the same mistake that I have made, book with a reputable company, someone that respects clients and knows about customer service and satisfaction.
