I love views, we always have the best time there, but this time we had a waiter. Yoh he is terrible at it. He didnt check up on us, we would order and he wouldnt bring our things until we ask him again. Gave us cold pizza. I forgot his name, we would only get to speak to him if he passes our table. He didnt check up on us

The food is amazing, and theres constantly a reasonable special available. The pizza is a personal fave. The staff will also take very good care of you.Its always a pleasure visiting this place. Its such a vibe!!!! If youre looking for a good time, lovely music and fun views is definitely the place to be.

Went there for Tanqueray Thursday, serves was very slow, like we waited a good 15 minutes before our waiter took our orders but overall the place is very beautiful especially with the new changes. Good place to go too if you are looking for a vibe 🌠

Happy! Celebrated my birthday on the 12th August and my wifes birthday on the 13th August. And we took it to views@25 where the owner was having a birthday celebration of his own as we share the month of August.

Really not happy with their communication strategy really disappointed, I made a booking for Sunday and it was approved all of a sudden there are changes which i was not aware of or informed of, when the Manager called me after having an convo with one of their stuff who does whtapp regarding the changes, the manager did not acknowledge their mistakes instead he said either I take what offered or look for another place and he suggested I go to the Duke. The unprofessionalism am disappointed cause I always come to the views n have never experienced such ill treatment and he said his been running the places since last year and his well aware, I will never ever come here so disappointed after always bragging about this place to my friends rather go to Umhlanga roof top than here truly disappointed.

If Views is not the only place to be, than justice needs to be served. It is an incredibly rooftop venue, perfect for both day and nightlife. Views has a fresh look like no other place in Durban. Attracts all ages and cultures. Views by Day is an food experience and they offer great combos, definitely value for money. Be sure to return at night for a nightlife experience and you could catch a live performance by one of South Africas artists.

A very good venue to host events, amazing views and a very good set up. Unfortunately the day that I was there it had been raining the entire day. The outside area is a very good chill spot. Would definitely like to attend more events there.

This place has a great vibe! the waiters are also very good and attentive. They truly are awesome and watch over their customers. They have gas heaters inside, so its warm, however I think they should switch some off especially when it gets crowded because they are a hazard and one can easily get burned.

I heard such great reviews about this place but sadly my experience was not a good one. We had called in & booked a table for 5pm. Only to be told that we need to pay R100 for the booking when we got there. They could have told us when we were booking that would be the case. The receptionist was rude, telling us that we were told on the booking form that we needed to pay. She didnt bother on finding out how we made a booking. It was as if she was doing us a favour by her being there. We pay & go in. Our table was right in the entrance hallway so much for us booking. When we asked to be moved to a better table, they squeezed us in somewhere... Again so much for a table booking. Their menu was lacklustre at best. Basically an overpriced chesa nyama. Also your website sold us dreams... What you have on your website is not how the place looks at all. I could go into detail but I really would be wasting my breathe. We didnt even stay for 10mins. Thats R400 down the drain. If you looking for a good vibe... Rather go off to Florida road. Dont bother wasting your time & money here.

Views at twenty5 has a great vibe but I was extremely appalled by the service I received! I was not quite clear who my waiter was because different people kept coming to our table to assist us. As for the lady who does reservations- Ayanda if Im not mistaken,she has poor customer service,had fat smirk on her face when I asked why calls were not being answered when I had been calling from 11am to make a reservation for later on- clearly she was not trained well to work with people...All she was focused on is whomever she was speaking to on her phone. I wouldnt recommend that place for anyone who is a firm believer of great customer service because there is clearly no order whatsoever in that place. I was very disappointed as it was my first time visiting that place.

It was lit🔥🔥🔥 famous Dj etc but the first Dj not so popular knows his game shame,uya ifaka ibit,the place was generally cool and big enough for grooving,with carefully loo managament,but I wish more drinks can be catered for people who do not drink alcohol,not frizzy drinks like coke,more like dry lime mixed with something tasty etc.

I would have given you guys a 0 if it was an option. The waiter in overalls was horrible. There is absolutely 0 flexibility, they couldnt even allow my wife to join us because we couldnt add a chair as it would block the passage, while there were booths that had been free for close to an hour. It was my first and last time.
