The store has no shame in selling stale cakes at full price, please normalise disposing stale food, I have just purchased a snowball from the Durban branch (Monty Naicker Rd) its as hard as a rock , the taste is horrible, im sure it was baked weeks ago. I have given the store many chances , Please rectify this before you lose customers.

I have given this store many chances to rectify themselves. This morning I bought a pepper steak pie and as always it was stale. Stop serving your morning customers stale food from yesterday. At first I thought it was a mistake but eventually I realized its an everyday thing. And please teach your employees some customer services.

Just would like to inform please train your staff well to have great customer service and also try and make the area clean for the customers insight of the company , i had bought snowball on the Sunday 21/02/2021 and it tasted like it was baked last week please let us know if the item we purchasing are leftovers from the previous day.

Brought a burger pie however I ended up with something else because the teller messed up my order. The whole pie was disgusting. The tomatoes were just unbelievable!!...Please rectify this otherwise yall are going to kill people I swear. Very disappointed

I just bought a box of doughnuts they are sour with a raw dough with an overnight cream thats hard with an off taste Im really so disappointed in you i will never recommend your doughnuts to anyone again.
