The cashier at the till denied me right to use the stamps just because there was a looting that took place simetime ago. I was so embarased and I had to leave my trolley that was filled with items as I had no money and I thought I will use these stamps that I had saved up to pay for my items. The manager also failed to assist as she said they wont be able to help because they are unable to verify whether these stamps where looted or not. I had to leave without my groceries and at a vulnerable state as well... THANK YOU SHOPPRITE BRICKHILL FOR THE POOR SERVICE...

Last visit was on the 4th of November. It wasnt so crowded. But the service was entirely poor. You can actually stand in the line for about an hour. The thing is theyre too slow, they scan one item then talk to the other colleague. Its frustrating. The other thing is when the colleague comes with an item, asks the cashier to get it scanned so she can pay while the cashier is assisting me. Who does that? Everything should be about putting the customers needs before yours. I really wish their Manager could look into this.

I swear the consumer service at this store is appalling. I approached the front end controller by the name Sabelo or Sanele Ntuli at the kiosk to give me a sachet of Citro soda and he explicitly told me to open my eyes and look for it at the cosmetics section of the store despite having looked here first. Im beyond disappointed in the kind of consumer service given to black consumers in this particular store. He was bold enough to continue his conversation with his colleagues instead of attending to the reason he has a job in the first place - a paying consumer

Great place to pick up basic things for the hotel room while on holiday at the beach. The prices are very reasonable. However would recommend going during day time.

Very well priced, well laid out with a wide verity of goods. Safe shopping for the aged person and their staff is only to willing to help.

Most convenient for people visiting beach front.

Quick service in the late evening but it can be really busy in the early afternoon.

Stay away from this Shoprite location. It is a hotbed of crime with locals attacking tourists on the street. Local thugs wearing safety jackets from this store prey on tourists walking in this area. These thugs act like beggars, then rob tourists. These thugs rip jewelry off people in plain site of shoppers on sidewalks and no one comes to their aid. Local police are uninterested in stopping these crimes even though they have a station directly across the road within 1/4 mile from the store. Tourists need to stay far away from this area.
