I would not suggest anyone purchase a car from their master cars department, they level of service pathetic. Customer service level is below 0 , I purchased a vw polo sedan 1.6 2014 4 days ago and there were errors on my contract which had not been changed prior to me confirming the information to be changed. Now I sit with a blunder trying to get this sorted out thanks to they error for not updating it accordingly. Im sick of the back and forth cat and mouse game.They are too quick and ready to get their cars of the room and explain nothing.Would not recommend to anyone go to any random dealer and you will probably get better service!!!!.

I was not picked up as arranged after the service. After waiting and phoning, I managed to get a lift there, only to see my car being driven off and returning over 15 minutes later. I waited for a very long for a staff member to finalize the documentation and they were in no hurry.

Year 2016 i purchased i car with v.w hoopers West-street by their financing services & because i was a 1st time buyer everything was just confusing because they did not give me a contract & that driving around with no contract gave me a hard time with the police at road blocks because i did not receive a copy of the of the contract nor copy of the lock book, when police check the engine number it matched another car so is the number plate...but luckily they let me go so i went to to v.w hoopers & demanded all the above mentioned. Another major issue i encountered with them is that they together with Wesbank unfairly repossessed the vehicle after 6 months of purchase, as i speak now it has been 3 years already but im still paying for the vehicle i drove for good 6 months (its like i hired a car for a big amount of money). I really trusted them but i guess theyre also dodgy .

Service department is absolutely terrible, had multiple problems with my car which was not resolved when it came in initially to you guys and still not resolved after the second time... patheticPlease Speak to Emmanuel Mkhize... He knows all about the mess up’s that he made regarding my vehicle, regarding my brakes which was supposed to be checked when I brought it in at 8000KM and it was not checked when I clearly told him that I get a shudder,and it needs to be checked, and when it came in for the first service I complained about the brakes and he said it’s warped and I need to pay for new brakes which is ridiculous as it is a brand new car and he did not check it at 8000KM when he was told too and a warranty claim could have been done, this could have been avoided if he did his job when the car came in at 8000KM also I reminded him multiple times of the damp smell coming from the air conditioning... he advised that they sorted it out, when I was driving the vehicle home the damp smell was still there, I called him immediately and made him aware of this, he advised that he will send a technician to my working place the next day, that did not happen... I called and he said he forgot and made excuses, he then said that he will send a technician to my home in the evening, I waited the entire evening but nobody pitched up.... he then called me the next morning and gave me an excuse that he gave the technician the wrong cellphone number, even though you guys have my address details... just pathetic, I would never advise anyone to come to you guysBy the way still awaiting your service manager to contact me... just goes to show the type of service that you guys give

Hoopers worst ever - brought car in for service to change one part, said cant change part with out changing other parts major labour cost then said more part required so all part already installed must come out so more labour change one that and extra labour cost to add new parts, dont know whta there are doing should know what parts required up front and should not charge extra labour cost for mistake on hopper side, look like want big comission on the expense of the client ,take advantage of client since we know nothing about cars and over charge wont even give other options that will suite your situation like other agents

Geeez!!! I would have given a negative star rating if I could...What a terrible dealership! Had the worst experience with them... Rishaad (‘so called manager’) is such a rude person. First it took us 2+ hours just to sign the contract because they had the wrong monthly amount and they added policies and products that we declined when they were offered and they had the interest rate higher than what they offered originally. The staff member had to re-do the contract three times!! The terrible experience did not stop there...We already paid the deposit and signed the contract and they wouldn’t allow us to take the car due to their own problems. We then asked if we should rather cancel the deal. Manager replied: “I will be happy to cancel the deal”. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them or ever deal with them in any way!😡😡
