Disappointing service from an uninterested employee that should have no business dealing first hand with clients. Unprofessional and more concerned with payment than assisting with the job. I made a booking to go in on a certain time, to see a specific individual to get my job done. Person was not there, and confusion pertaining to my job, all because of the initial person I spoke to. Will commend the other individuals that assisted me on the day, with professional customer service - the 3 stars are for them, and they can thank their buddy for losing them the further 2.

It was a terrible experience to fix my car window @ that place. A care guy was replacing my broken window scratched my car on the door n the inside panel. Even when l showed him . He did not care to say sorry. That showed me he did not have pride in his job no love on what he was doing. I called his supervisor to show them my scratched car they never said a word and just imagine l paid it wasnt for free. On top l drove out angry scratches on my car and paid them to do so. Unhappy. Out of 10 its 1. Very poor. If your insurance work with these guys like me. Good luck.

I was in Durban for a rugby tournament on Monday. My cars window was smashed in front of the High School. From the time that I lodge the claim I received excellent service. My window had to be send from a dealer as Autoboys did not keep stock on that specific glass. Autoboys kept me informed all the time. Worst case for fitment was for Wednesday. On Thuesday at 9 they phoned and told me fitment can be done by 14h00. How ever at 10 they phoned again and said everything is ready, I can come in for the fitment. All I can say is thank you for excellent service.Suberna Lundall
