Refused to replace 8 months old willard battery under warranty purchased at Midas Fourways. Saying they dont replace battery not purchased with them.

I popped in on 3 Dec to purchase 2x head lamp globes for my Amarok. Std H7 12v 55w PX26D, was charged R95 each. Now see they are only R24 each in your Midas Catelogue. Feeling a bit ripped off.

Absolutely pathetic service, came through during my lunch break waited for about 15 minutes for someone to assist me. There was a gentleman at the counter he was on a call, he did not acknowledge that I was standing rather he just continued with his jovial conversation. I left the store extremely disappointed.

Worst service ever. Was told can only get my wipers for a Audi from agents. Went to Midas Durban north and was helped and they even fitted it whilst paying. Stay far away from Ballito branch
