Great all round store however I had to rate a 4 because sometimes they dont have pricing or tickets on their shelves or it does not scan the same price.The good news is since this is a mega store or hyper store you can do all shopping in one place and dont have to hop into different stores , that could be electronics, food , clothes , tech and equipment and tools.Another perk is you rarely have to wait as they have a lot of cashiers working. So the queues are not bad.A tip or suggestion : avoid game like a plague during major holidays as it is usually packed , a particular day worth mentioning is the black Friday , on black Friday people start assembling mid night which makes it undesirable to shop on that day. Unless you like crowds and being continually smashed by trolleys 😂

You can get everything you need from electrical supplies,food,groceries and all baby staff the place is bigger and a lot of passagers

Upon opening after the Covid-19 Lockdown, the Game liquor store must be praised for their total compliance with regulations despite being in such a busy and an always difficult place to try and control people.

Clean store, clean stuff, clean staff and also i recommend for bulk orders and even singles.

Store is excelent, but please watchout for thieves. praking is a huge problem at the store and the minibis texis are driving like crazy infront of the store so prep yourself for this when you go visit the storw.

The place has diverse style of products which one can choose from. It is has all section departments starting from groceries to furniture equipments. The staff personnel are helpful and friendly. The place is neat which makes the shopping very easy. The place is near transport facilities to different destinations within Durban.

Lovely game store. Two floor store, basically its double store so this game store is massive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is a huge problem as there is not game parking space. You will have to park on the street which is always hard to get. Double park is mostly your option. Please make sure you a buddy to wait in the car in case police comes.

The only reason I gave a 3 is because of the friendly staff but the food section needs a good cleaning. I wanted to buy the whole wheat macaroni and it had small insects inside aven the sugar beans had the same problem and it was disgusting. That section was untidy and dirty

Best departmental store in CBD. Not a hypermarket but they have most household goods on sale. The escalators on West Street entrance closed, might be to save electricity or control.

The workers are always in a hurry when youre asking for assistance 😂 but I love the quality of things I buy there.

One of my favourite Game Stores, as much as it is located central it does not get hectic busy. And if it does, they counter that by opening up more tills which is what you would expect from one of the biggest hyper supermarkets in South Africa..

Outside foot traffic is dangerous. Staff from this branch of Game have always been helpful. Apart from the crime rate in the street, everything else rocks. Street outside is filthy, typical of Durban Central!

Most pathetic Game I have been to. Some of the staff are super unfriendly, unhelpful and nobody there cared to even notice that I was battling to find an item I was looking for. Only a guy promoting stuff for Hollard insurance in the premises of Game was able to point us in the right direction .

Located in one of the busiest streets within the heart of the Durban City... their service isnt really overwhelming and you barely get stuff you want there especially cellphones and other electronic appliances.
