Not the same old boring veg pizzas! Base was divine, toppings were fresh, and they sure know what extra cheese all about! Ordered online - was quick and easy. Only 4 stars as I feel that the charges for extra veg toppings is too high - could buy and whole punnet of mushrooms or maybe 2 green peppers... perhaps management should look into this?

Worst service I have ever had at a Romans. Would not recommend especially if ordering online.

Ordered pizza, with the option to bring to the car option. Received a sms saying to flash your lights when you get there, did that. Order placed 18h55, eventually got called in at 19h40 to fetch my Pizza. They do not take it to my car I was told. Lady asks me to pay, R158. I paid online. Getting my order and they did not remove chillies off the pizza.Please fix communication between web and store, if they do not offer services dont allow it on certain shops or advise staff of services offered! It is now 19h46 and I am still waiting for my order....

Friday 20th March 2020 I called to order 2 takeaway Margherita pizzas from Romans Pizza in Ballito. The employee, who could barely speak or understand English, asked if weWanted thick or thin base and I asked for thin. When my husband arrived home with the pizzas, they were thick based, and so they were left uneaten because my children hate the thick based pizzas. When I called the shop and told the same woman that we asked for thin, but got thick, she answered, “Six?” ... Really Romans??

Poor service... bought a 2l of coldrink and asked for four cups... was told that I could only get two coz thats their policy..... also the chicken and mayo pizza I ordered had a ton of mayo and I couldnt even taste the chicken ... will definitely not be going back
