Absolutely amazing! They have the best pizza around and their bunny chow calzone is top quality!4 stars because my girlfriends makhani was just onion and no butter chicken.If youre feeling for special pizza, this is definitely the place to visit!

Wow! Wow! Wow! This is what all pizzerias should strive to become! Thin crispy base, generous toppings and fresh ingredients. Even though I have no idea how to pronounce colcacchio I call this my favourite pizzeria! The pictures they post on social media platforms is EXACTLY what you expect it to taste like! I cant wait to try out the rest of the menu. We drove 45 minutes to salt rock to try out the pizzas and it was certainly well worth it! And now I feel like driving back there haha.

The best pizza in Ballito/Salt Rock!The owner was in the kitchen and whipped up an amazing Bunny Chow Calzone Fold-over pizza! My wife called it the best thing she has ever eaten! They delivered it right to my car door, with a smile and for such an attractive price! 😂 10/5 Stars!

Lovely decor, vibey, pleasant restaurant. Lasagne was tasty and nice and soft, but needs more bolognaise mince to be balanced with the cheese sauce. Spaghetti meatballs were also tasty but needed more sauce. The D.U.I mocktail was delicious! Friendly staff. They had pasta straws!! Wonderful idea

Very cozy, comfortable restaurant, with a great feel to it. The wait staff were friendly, the food was perfectly seasoned and tasty and the milkshakes were thick and delicious!Awesome for date night or family night.

So I decided to take my kids out last week & they decided on going to colcacchio Ballito,At the entrance we were met by a very funny & friendly lady @ the door, she was very cheerful I thought she was one of the waiters but soon found out she was actually a manager. She sat us down & then went to get someone to help us.I knew right there that my kids had chosen well. It was a pleasant experiance, the service was prompt everyone came to check up on us, made sure we were ok.I will definately be going back there this time I will remember everybodies names. The only downside was there is no bacon, but with friendly faces like that you tend to forget all that & remember the good.Thank you colcacchio staff

We had a meal at ColCacchio Ballito earlier this week. My daughter and I both ate lasagne which was stodgy, undercooked and had barely any sauce. My son had meatballs which tasted like they were out of a tin. The pollo pasta and Greek salad were slightly better but overall it was a very disappointing meal. The staff were pleasant and a manager was called who acknowledged that there had been many complaints about the lasagne - that many guests had said it had too little sauce and was too dense. A little odd then that they continue to market it as home-cooked lasagne. Surely an Italian restaurant should be able to get a recipe for lasagne right! However, there was no attempt to rectify this - i.e. we were charged full price for both dishes. A complimentary coffee or desert would not have gone awry under the circumstances. It seems others have had good experiences at the restaurant but I would strong recommend that people avoid the lasagne. I would certainly not return given the way it was handled.
