My much anticipated visit to Fiamma Grill was marred by the disappointing service we received on 9th August 2021. The food was very well prepared and plated. The menu did cater well for vegetarian, which we are.My attempts to reach the management of this establishment has been futile, hence my review here.Its very sad that in such times as we are living in that some patrons are valued so minimally.No COVID protocols as well.

The worst experience at a restaurant, the fact that we waited for an hour and half to receive a takeaway order, with no one bothered to update us on whether we will receive it if at all. They really need a lesson in customer service and attention

A stunning little gem in Ballito. A beautiful setting. The sushi is incredible and the wine list extensive. A lovely spot to hang out with friends and family. Great service, atmosphere and vibe. Even a swimming pool for the kids. Highly recommended.

This lovely restaurant set in a beautiful boutique hotel with beautiful ocean views is the perfect setting for a cosy dinner with friends and family. The food is just as amazing as the view of the sun setting over the ocean. I cant wait to go back and try the seafood

Awesome venue with a touch of class yet very comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the service was excellent. The seafood resotto was possibly the best dish I had in many, many years!

Fiamma has always been my go-to recommendation for a number of reasons; consistently great food, plenty meal options (vegetarian, vegan, those who eat everything), they cater for children, they have a pool, staff is always well trained and remember your orders and preferences.Today I tried their sushi menu... I should not have been surprised to find my new favorite sushi spot in Ballito! Great job Fiamma Grill, keep up the excellent work.

Oh my goodness! What a place! Enjoyed the tender lamb shank with veges and good service from X. The place caters for indoor and outdoor sitting with beautiful views. One of the best restaurants in Ballito.

Still one of the best places. The owners are on hand making sure all customers are happy. They are extremely friendly! Their prices are fair especially in accordance to the high quality great tasting food! Highly recommend one of their pizzas or specially ask for the lamb shank I promise you you wont go wrong!

The best meal out in Ballito. My son and I did 2 months of restaurant hopping while he was up from UAE. Fiamma had the best meals by far. Prawn starter, calamari starter and lamb shank main course. Excellent service and when there was a slight day, we were rewarded with a free shooter.. Wonderful atmosphere, music and all in all a memorable outing.

Excellent service warm environment Ocean view great buffet for only 150 per person or you can choose anything off the menu. so come on down and enjoy tue atmosphere with family and friends

We enjoyed a delicious lunch.I had the seafood risotto. It was so tasty. The family enjoyed the pulled chicken salad, chicken tenders and the salami pizza. My son would have preferred macaroni rather than penne and cheese. I would prefer the penne.The Amarula Lindt dessert was delicious. I had to share with the family, but you can easily eat this by yourself.Service was excellent. Loved the ambience.

What an amazingly awesome experience we had celebrating our second anniversary. The food was divine and the hospitality was really out of this world. Well done to Lawrence who served us and thanks again to Aryn for your hospitality and making us feel at home and very special.

From the moment we stepped in we knew this place is one of kind. Had the Garlic focaccia as a starter which was brilliant. And for mains we had the rib eye on bone in garlic butter, and the grilled lamb chops. It was out of this world. Chops fat could have been a bit crispier. Service was very good. Pricing a bit steep, but for a treat it’s the best.

Great place with a relaxed, social atmosphere. The outside area is very vibey, I would suggest booking a table as it tends to get very busy. Take your costume along as there is a pool located in the outside area for all to enjoy.Had starters and pizza, the starters portions were a tad small in comparison to the price we paid for them, but very tasty none the less. Great drink prices and a wide variety of cocktails.Parking in front of the restaurant is limited, we parked approximately 900 meters from the restaurant. But the walk was most certainly worth it. Situated close to the beach so a swim before or after your visit here should be on the cards.

Best food and vibe. From Sushi to steak !

Ist time visiting Fiammas. I had fish and calamari. The onion rings are to die for. Yummy. My son had rump and my daughter had fillet. Her fillet was little too rare on the inside. Service was good. Unfortunately both our wine glasses had lipstick 💄 stains on from previous customers.

Except for the parking issue, the place itself has a laid back yet totally fun ambience. The staff and waiters are super friendly and helpful with menu and beverage selection and the food is well worth it for the high prices. Simole ingredients, yet cooked to perfection. My favourite was that there was even a sushi selection YUM!. Everything was there, fish dishes, chicken, meat, butterchicken, pastas galore and pizzas. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone who loves food and good service. We sat around a swimming pool, with social distance between other patrons at a very safe and comfortable level, so as to to still be able to look over and smile at strangers, all enjoying the experience if this place. I saw latge familirs with kids, older couples and groups of friends just happy to bebin each others company agon, during this trying and taxing times of a global pandemic.Well done Fiamma Grill. You are awesome.

Fiamma Grill is easily my favourite restaurant in KZN. Ive eaten there a few times over the last few years and the food is consistently delicious. That, combined with the friendly staff and beautiful setup, make for a gastronomically delightful experience.I would love to list the foods that stand out, but it would be easier just posting the menu..and the prices are decent for what youre getting as. Looking forward to many more meals there.

Food was excellent. Salad with avocado and bacon was fantastic. As was the pasta with cream sauce and chicken. Service was a bit disinterested at times, even though it was quiet. Though the manager was extremely thorough and checked up on us. Would definitely go back again.
