Started off as a great service provider. However the service dropped, there was an issue in the ceiling and the modem stopped working, they guys came out and were very friendly and advised we wont be billed and next thing we get a very shocking bill. Currently the internet drops for hours once a week. I wont recommend this company for stanger residents. Its easier, safer and more reliable to go with other service providers. Lastly if you decide to cancel you will need to give 30 days notice which is understandable but remember they will take there satellite and modem back.
Their satelite is based in a high school in which the electricity was not paid. The wifi has been off for a whole day. So we and who ever else has to wait for the high school to have electricity before having wifi again. I have lost one whole day of important and wouldnt recommend using DOLPHIN COAST. Way too many issues with these guys. Poor quality. Poor value.
I am very impressed with the wireless internet service I have received from DCW which I have been using for the last 5 months. I was hooked up relatively quickly within a week and Initially there was a lot of trouble with my connection as I was in a troublesome location for signal but after a few tickets later and some very responsive help from their technicians I now have a very reliable 10Mbps connection for the cheapest price in the area. highly recommend.
I supposed to sign up with them, not happy with the waiting period, as an exact date cannot be provided. i dealt with rapid net, the service is outstanding
Thanks Melissa... Im still waiting gir for a technician to get back to me. She doesnt know who the ceo is or who md. All she knows is Stefan is a senior technician and she does not know whom he reports to. As for Stefan, the most unprofessional person Ive encountered. He does not answer his phone let alone return calls. Constant problems with internet connectivity and as per Melissa i am more than welcome to cancel my service with them. So much for customer service...
I can only get good signal at around 5 meters away from the router. Once I complain about the issues I have, they are quick to resolve them, but in a week, I will surely experience another one. My neighbours house is two houses away from me, has a very short mast but I can see their WiFi. I have ±2.5m mast, but I cant get signal when Im out of the house.
Terrible service I dont recommend anyone to use this service!!! Poor connection or no connection at all But they are first class to debit your account, from the time we installed the WiFi we had issues! We had enough and will take our business elsewhere
Top of the game. No waiting for weeks on end like some providers. Technicians were quick, helpful and friendly. Installation was handled in under 24 hours from submission. Would recommend to anyone. No telkom line needed which is a plus!
Literally the slackest service I have ever experienced! NONE of the after hours support numbers are answered. I recommend using anyone else but them! Don’t dare to ask for the owners details - you won’t get it!
Been with them for about 3 months, excellent service and consistent value. I cant believe I didnt join them sooner. Wonderful technicians that explains the process in detail and go above and beyond the call of duty.
Worst internet ever, hardly any support
- been having issues 03/01/2020 for a line that is so inconsistent - all we want is a service we pay for that is all we want .... 10mb line is all i want and asking for thats consistant even its it 7mb consistant i dont care - below is a test on our 10mb line speed

We are with them for more than 8 years and the service always have been 110%. Great consistent internet connection and we are situated in the bus!! Will absolutely recommend them
