Incredible Service from Christina and Courtney!!!! Helped me get connected in record breaking time even during the constraints of LockDown. Had fibre installation done on Wed by Ballito ISP and everything worked fine until this weekend. Now there’s no connection and no answer at the only phone number provided. So I guess I sit and wait without internet the entire weekend until someone takes my call on Monday to fix the problem.
Despite initial hiccups beyond their control, they made a plan to get me connected. Much appreciated and thank you very much!
