A huge Thanks to Avesh and Cookie at the Ballito junction store that assisted me. These two people are truly customer focused and takes in what the client wants. I was let down at another telkom store and within 5minutes of talking to them, I was assisted and got my deal handed over to me. Hats off guys. I got my deal in time 🙌🙌🙌
I renewed my contract and asked for my limit to be kept at contract amount only, I then get an sms that my limit has been increased and I went back in and it was supposedly changed back down to R1 - and now I received a bill for an extra R500 - and am told it can only be reduced in a month back to R0 - so I will get another R500 bill - it is a drivers phone so I cannot stop spend any other way.I will be getting my attorney involved to get back the funds due to your staffs error !!!!
Worst experience ever...bought a new unit on the 21/11. The store did not activate the number on the phone. 3 weeks have passed and our line is still not activated!!!!! the salesman and the store manager were very unhelpful and said that we must wait indefinitely to have the number activated. The people at the call centre are unable to assist. Even lodged an email complaint and still the issue remains unresolved. Telkom service is really disappointing!!!!!
Had a very complex issue. Staff were friendly and accommodating and did what they could to resolve it.
Thanks to axxess uncapped R399 a month 24/7 not like R599 business 12am to 5pm Telkom is loosing a client fast, now Vodacom takes the lead then Mtn and then Cell C them shamefull Telkom Forth just brcause no towers were most needed :( Telkom say we will try better in the future when is that 2118?
