Did not stay at the Hotel, but went for lunch at the pool. Had sushi salad and salmon roses. I love bite size roses, and they perfected it. Manager walked all the tables and ask if you satisfied with everything. My waiter and barman was very friendly and attentive all the time. The salad was a must try. Will love to book a night to stay over soon. It is a very classy place and you feel spoiled 😉

Absolutely beautiful place with excellent service all round from room keeping to the restaurant. Good to see all covid protocols in place as well and proper sanitising In place. Great food as well. Every dish we had in the restaurant was brilliant.

Awesome service got welcomed by not 1 but 4 hosts. The food was out of this world. Wish people take heed off how a restaurant should be run. My waitress was simply outstanding. I can honestly say that this is the best restaurant that i ever visited. Will definitely recommend and go there again

What a lovely place! The staff are so friendly, helpful and efficient. Dinner a tad on the pricey side but worth it. Buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and well serviced. Definitely worth a repeat stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had a fabulous dinner with one of the best African waitress Cece. She was very friendly and paid a great deal of attention to detail. She was really great! The lady at the reception was so friendly and just wanted to make sure that we had everything that we needed and wanted. All in all, a fabulous little place to stay and eat.

Just checked out early, after two of the three nights originally booked. The rooms are very loud, even after being moved after the first night. The beds in both the rooms were caving in the middle. Reception/front desk closes at 10pm so after that you are at the mercy of guests to be quiet on their own accord. On a positive - the Fiamma Grill was the best part - food was great, service excellent.

Clean airconditioned big rooms. Wall Plugs in the right places with the right adaptors. Pleasant atmosphere in reception. Building is built with lots of wood making it feel more homely. Nice place to stop over on business.

Elevators were a bit of a scary experience as it wasnt working perfectly well when we arrived, but with it being just 1 flight of stairs to the rooms, it doesnt really matter.Rooms and bathrooms are surprisingly spacious and very well kept. Neat, homely with an elegant style.

One if the best upmarket places in Ballito. Ive been there for meals, & for functions & have never been disappointed. They have a separate wine cellar if youre a real connoisseur, they will take you to choose the wine of your choice, or you can ask for it by name, if it isnt on the wine list. A family owned restaurant & boutique hotel, I highly recommend.

Coco De mer Ballitto was great. I was booked in as solo guest. The staff made me feel like family. The rooms were clean modern and spacious. Loved the atmosphere at the hotel safe and secure.

We were four going for the massage first l, which were outstanding and then the food next door also very pleasant but overall winners are the staff- top end really really good and Bongi you were the king !

A bit disappointed based on previous experiences at a 4 star hotel. No porter service, no facecloths, no room service, mediocre food from the restaurant.Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room on first impression was spacious and airy. However the plug points were inaccessible or in odd places and there was no light over the dresser mirror. Couldnt open windows so had to leave the balcony door open, bit scary. Not everyone likes aircon. Attention needs to be paid to details and functionality not only aesthetics.Also it was very noisy on Sunday evening, from the pub 🤔

Fantastic place to stay the staff are on the ball. They really are proactive they see you coming and seem to know what you want before you even get their the restaurant staff are on the ball. Parking was easy security guard was on the great we got in quickly he directed us to our parking offered to assist with getting bsgs out the car, we had a late check in the receptiin had eveything ready and waiting. Clean room good quality setup . a batroom was awesome. Highly recommended.
