Gorgeous views and access to the beach. Ten out of ten location. Driveway is very steep and curvy so hard to maneuver large vehicle with a trailer. The bathrooms are old and not in good condition. Moldy ceilings and grimey flooring. Not sure if the bedroom linen was clean because I found underwear wrapped in the spare blanket.

The house is perfectly located on the beach in Salt Rock with beautiful views of the ocean and tidal pool.

Our third visit to Salties Beach House and as usual we have had the most incredible weekend. It is a a stunning self-catering home right on the beach near the tidal pool, loads for the children to do. Ping pong and snooker table. Jabu and Thando are amazing , always around to help. What a gem of a home, with the Salt Rock hotel in walking distance for a lovely dinner. The house has wifi and a view of the resident dolphins and whales that swim up and down the coastline. It is always a pleasure to book and Lindsey is incredibly accomodating and helpful. Highly recommend a big group weekend away at this stunning gracious home.

This is a wonderful place for a vacation. It is situated right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Just this morning I awoke to a view of the dolphins from the second floor and the balcony view is exceptional. There are pool and ping pong tables in the upstairs game room as well as tvs upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of rooms and beds for large groups of people and only a short walk from the tidal pools and the swimming beach. The driveway poses a bit of a challenge for any car that isnt a 4X4 and parking space outside the premises is very limited as the day visitors from the adjacent caravan park tend to park there as well. A small discomfort is the beds. The mattresses are well worn in places and the beds are very short for a tall person such as myself. The blankets are short and narrow so I basically get to choose which half of me gets covered and then the rest is left to the elements. But that is a relatively minor issue for the luxury this place provides.

Nice and clean. Beautiful position right next to the beach. Drive way is had a steep downhill so any low car will find it difficult to get to the house.

Had an incredible weekend here. Loved it. All 20 of us did. The only reason for 4 stars, and not 5... THE BEDS! Haha! Quite uncomfy. But other than that, epic! Will be back!
