Attended a function ,very disappointing food ran short, some of the items on the menu was missing. Owners very loud ,rude and unprofessional.UNHYGIENIC WEDDING VENUE,UNTRAINED STAFFSuppose to be a 4 star but not at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I had my wedding there. I did take the full package so everything was included. The venue is beautiful. Food was amazing. Everything was in order on the day and I couldnt be happier. I was more happy that they had generators during loadshedding.They took care of everything so the entire experience was not stressful. They definitely were accommodating and very flexible which I really loved. Id definitely have my baby shower there.

Absolutely wonderful weekend away at Relax Inn. Its simply put, a home away from home, i will be visiting more regularly. Friendly and very accomodating staff. The restaurant boasts fine dining meals as well.

The place is quiet enought bu is not recommended for visitors due to level of safety as well as road leading to the place.

Did not stay there. Went for massages though. Our appointment was delayed by 45 minutes as the previous people that came for massages were late. I think if people are late they should forfeit their time and pay the full price as the place had other bookings which caused a huge delay and they gave us a discount as the other people were not on time. The ladies that did the massages were very good.

Visited for business purposes. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Food delicious. Bar well-stocked. Conference and meeting facilities were great. Just be careful of the monkeys - they raid rooms with open windows / doors :-D

Absolutely amazing stay. My colleagues and I thoroughly enjoyed our rooms and the delicious meals served. The drinks at the bar were a bonus. The cafes, restaurants and beach is just a short walk from Meander Manor. There is a lovely view and a swimming pool too. It is very peaceful at night.I will definitely advise my friends and family to stay at Meander Manor when visiting Ballito.

Wow just wow..... Amazing, clean, friendly, attentive staff. Nothing is to much for them. We have been here for a week with our last night tonight. It’s been an amazing experience with views of whales in the Indian Ocean, waking up to cheeky monkey outside your room. I couldn’t of wished for a better stay or hotel. It’s worth 10 stars. Food is quality and honestly the staff are what make this hotel. Always happy, smiling and will miss them when we leave. An amazing holiday for my brothers wedding.We will be back to this beautiful hotel. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Fabulous xx

As a critic I must absolutely compliment everyone at the lodge. Especially Uzilde the manager. She went absolutely out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She assisted even with our little angel when we eat. The personal touch and commitment of everyone makes this lodge surely of the the best in the area, if not the best! I would highly recommend this lodge if you are looking for cleanliness, good food and good service. Well done! 👍

Breakfast is not up to standard, its not considering the diversity of clients, so clients would pay for a service they will not enjoy. Also fish is not served as standard menu for dinner, for non-meat eating clients this is not good. Food presentation & offer generally need to improve.Overall the place is beautiful, has a Seaview, very quiet for someone who wants to relax.

Great conference centre, rooms are comfortable with a balconies looking out over the ocean. The swimming pool is beautiful and looks out onto the garden. The meals are always healthy and delicious and the service always friendly.

The Meandor Manor. The setting is perfect, stunning views of the Induan Ocean. Accommodation, excellent. The food was most delicious. A perfect venue for a destination wedding. Best service ever

As a critic of accommodation establishments I give Relax Inn a 2 star rating , simply because during my stay I found that the gate was not working, the thorn trees where overlapping onto the road and was scraping my car, and the parking space was definitely not up to code.The room that I stayed in was was cozy, and the beds where more comfortable than expected, but the towel that hung in the bathroom was dirty, and the toilet was not up to the correct clean standard.The only tap in my room was the tap in the bathroom,which made drinking water a most uncomfortable affair.Despite those setbacks, I still found the beds very comfortable, and the staff most welcoming and friendly. I also found the automatic lights in the hallways a good feature that I do not come across most oftenly in other establishments.I would recommend Relax Inn for people who are going to be out for most of the day ond/or until late at night, and just need a place to sleep
