General McDonalds standard. Although, without a doubt the chip box will be half full on every visit. Definitely the slowest McDonalds Ive been too,before and after Corona conditions. Unfortunately there is not another one near by.

Just had a drive through breakfast.Staff fully kitted in PPE; gloves, face shields, masks and clean uniforms.Lived up to the requirement of fast food, served within 2 mins of payment. Food was also freshly made and quiet tasty.Keep up the good service. Thank you.

I have lost count on the number of CONSECUTIVE awful experiences/visits to this mcdonalds.From absolutely repugnant behavior from staff to incorrect orders and the list goes on...I will not go back because after the 5th time in a row of the staff being blatantly rude and uninterested in my existence as a customer I think I have given it a good few tries! No more

ALWAYS a long line when u go there. Easier to go to a restaurant, order food and wait. Went last weekend and waited half an hour. Food is always standard and good but long lines.

I feel safe during the pandemic inside this branch: the staff are obsessive about cleaning and sanitizing. A good record is kept of all visitors and social distancing is very well adhered to with ample space to do so inside the branch.Unfortunately, there are a number of beggers outside the branch that makes the experience uncomfortable. They bother the customers waiting in their cars or using the drive-through.But overall I love visiting this branch.

Who doesnt love McD. Love where it is situated. A safe office park and just across the local Taxi rank. Im definitely loving it!

Always great service, food is better than most other outlets Ive visited. My only complaint would be that their ice cream machine is almost always out of order which means no milkshakes or Macflurry!!! Disappointing.

Be prepared to wait a very long time if you choose the drive through and expect cold food even though you wait long for your meals to be prepared. This franchise needs to be trained again. I will surely give it a miss in future.

Quick, efficient self-service

The McDonald’s with probably the worst service in the world. The staff are improperly trained and highly inefficient. Have visited McDonald’s Ballito a number of times, and each time the experience gets worse.

Used to be quick at the drive through... now it is quicker to get out. Management is useless, place is extremely slow... what is happening?

Only the drive thru was open and it was more a park and go than a drive thru. It took extremely long.

UPDATE: Went back to give them another try, sadly WORSE than the last time. We paid for our order 2xhappy meals and 1x McRoyale at 15:19, my husband called me 30minutes later and we were still waiting. Eventually we got our food and Im not pleased. The McRoyale has NO garnish, its essentially a glorified cheeseburger and some onion. I wont be back unless something drastic changes. OLD REVIEW: Not the best McDonalds Ive been to sadly. The drive through is always busy and SLOW!! They seem to have a constant issue with the card machine which is why things back up. Otherwise the staff are nice and the food is as it should be from a McDonalds

WARNING TO THE PUBLIC. I have to McDonalds Ballito drive through a few times in the past 2 months and have noticed they they steal from you without even realising it. The whole system of how this is accomplished is amazing. They charge you for an upsize meal but on the slip and screens it shows medium with the price increased by R10 for every meal ordered. You only realise what actually happens when you get the food and leaving the drive through. I am truly shocked as to how the systems have been HACKED

The staff is very rude. I was denied making a purchase just because the R200 note I produced for payment was slightly torn. Even when I spoke the manageress, she was very cold and stood with her staff member against me, the customer. Can it get worse than that?

The cashier did not even know the breakfast specials and they gave me an incorrect order.

The drive through time is insanely long. Would NOT recommend.
