Great service and tasty meat situated near great shopping centre and polite environment

Nandos has been a very good place for me when i need inner peace therapy.. I enjoy their chicken more than anything..

Horrible service and even worse food, I do not recommend going to this Nando’s. They won’t even give you extra sauce and their chips are almost always uncooked

Waited almost an hour for cold food. Everyone else got their order before me even after ordering after me. The lady took my slip, went to check and literally forgot my order and carried on with other peoples orders ignoring me. The chicken fillet was literally half the size of the bun. Disappointing. The situation has not been resolved. Nandos will ask for the receipt even though I mentioned that the waiter took it away. My problem has not been resolved.

I keep hopimg that my experience would be different. Ordered in last night with extra sauce on the chicken. Nada they forgot the rolls as well. Not the first time even when i go instore to order something is always missing. I really do like Nandos. Dont get me wrong its my go to satisfaction. But with this happening I will have to look for a better alternative.

Cant go wrong with the Pulled Chicken, Avo and Halloumi Boujee Bowl.

1 star is too generousConsistently poor service and poor preparation of food. Chicken lacks any basting at all, my packet of wings was placed in my bag upside down so that when I opened the bag upon receiving it, was a mess. Guy at the window didn’t care and had some clever remarks and not willing to do anything about it and shut the window on me. Twice.Seems to be no sense of pride in this branch which has filtered down to the ignorant staff.Nandos should spend less time trying to think of clever adverts and look at their QC!Stay away - Ballito has many better-quality chicken options at a cheaper price!

The best nandos by far. Friendly staff and awesome food.

Waited close to an hour to eat cold food. Lady took my receipt, dissappeared and forgot about my order. Everyone got thier order before me even though they ordered after me. Unacceptable service.

Love this drive thru. Although its one of the smallest drive thrus, they are so efficient. I love the service and staff are great. But more importantly, the food never drops its standard, always value for your money

Service a bit slow, so when we received our food it was a bit cold because we had to wait for a big order to be completed. Otherwise it was normal Nando food - must say the pulled chicken wrap was 👍👍

I think its now the time to deliver the best fresh appetizing food ever - because of Covid-19 (what it has done to the whole world- financially) Its not now the time to serve cold and not so fresh wedges to customers. Your staff were friendly and helpful but your food tasted tired and not on top of your foodgame

Ordered an avo and onion vegetarian pita, received a pita with some tomato, some cucumber and a slice of avo. No veg patty, no onion. So what exactly did I pay for here?A very very expensive and disappointing meal!!

Always gets our orders wrong, we ask for extra sauce it never happens, we ask for chicken to be completely well done as they always dont cook it properly and they serve it moist and almost under done. Needs better QC

Love the food and the vibe

I have not eaten at a Nandos in a very long time and this is not due to the lockdown but due to the fact their prices. I visited the branch ion Ballito on Saturday to indulge and the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Fourth time buying here and the service is a bit slow on the drive through. In all instances we have been asked to wait in the parking and wait for the order.

My last visit I wasnt happy I ordered a meal and I asked Glass of water with ice but they never provided me till I left I was so disappointed.

The food was made very quickly, ofcourse the food was delicious. The staff were friendly but the reason for a 4 star review is because the couches were very dirty, the staff used a napkin to just wipe down the table quickly. I shouldnt feel like Im going to get my clothes dirty when I sit at a table. Hygiene is very important.. but nevertheless if they clean their chairs and tables thoroughly (it looked like it hadnt been cleaned properly in a while) then I would have given 5 star review

The 4 stars and not 5 is purely due to the person that we spoke to over the mic to place our order. She was unfriendly and rude! Not a good impression for what I know to be a great restaurant. Food was superb as usual!

Fast service. Need better clean up as there were tables available but they had not been cleared yet even after we had our meal, those tables were still uncleared. Overall, fast service, fresh food and good eat.

Overall Sub standard service and dining experience. Waiters dont bother on checking on your tables. Cutlery and sauces not brought with order. Had to find someone to address this. Sauce bottles were almost empty. When enquired further, waiter indicated that they were too busy to re-fill. Some of the staff seem unhappy and inspired to serve the patrons.

This Nandos has been here for a long time, and with time, it has shown that it is consistent with their service and quality of food. I usually order a veg burger - and it was always good every time I visited this Nandos.

The service is diabolical. Went to the drive through, instructed to park in the bay and wait for the food to be delivered to the vehicle. 22 minutes later, went into the store to find our food standing on the counter. The food had gone cold, yet the manager refused to replace it, claiming that they had forgotten to bring it to the car. I eventually managed to get a refund, but not without a fuss. Nandos have seen the last of me.

Thisnplace cannot seem to get orders right. We have ordered online collected and there is always a problem with the order. We even went i. Store to order and still the order qas messed up. Sorry but will not order from them again.

Enjoyed the freshly prepared meal miles away from the city rush. The place is well located making it easy to reach & heard back on your journey. With two shopping complexes a stone throw away (isnt that lit?)

Nandos as always been my familys favourit sadly our last visit was not up to standard. we asked for tomatoe based strips for a baby but it was made hot yet we ordered from a kiddies menu. the adults food the chicken was burnt n dry not what we enjoyed although I complained to the waiter she did nothing. we finally left the food and walked out. bad experience.
