Quite the splendor. Service started off a bit rocky, our waiter didnt seem like he wanted to be there. But overall great service and food. Always great being served amazing vegetarian food. A bonus was getting a complimentary parking ticket on our way out. Lovely touch.

I ordered beef ribs and double checked with the waiter if it is beef.When I went home, it was pork ribs. Such a disappointment. Due to religious beliefs I am not allowed to eat pork neither is it allowed at home.

Best Rocos experience in Durban by far. Food is always great here. Management and staff maintain a higher standard compared to other branches in and around Durban.

I love Rocos, always such a lovely experience. The staff here are absolutely amazing and give you the best service!Ordered from here a month back and got a lovely, juicy triple decker. Went a few days ago and the triple was quite underwhelming, the surface of the patties had that hard , dry texture with the taste that accompanies it. Was hopefully just a once off thing and look forward to visiting again!

Slow service !! A dirty spoon came with my order of coffee...The men who worked there were idly sitting around while two waitresses were trying their best to serve alot of tables I was shocked and appalled at the level of service...

The chicken salad was truly amazing - the best Roco Mamas one I have had. The chicken was tender and juicy, the sauce - only like Roco Mamas can make it, and the croutons crispy and tasty. My son also enjoyed his burger, strips and chips. Your staff were extremely friendly and checked the order carefully. We were truly blown away by your quality and service

No Tabasco or similar hot sauces.. Only the chilli mayo as a side for the fries. I arrived to try out the vegan burger thats being advertised currently however Noone knew anything about it. Only about the standard veg patty? Which was a bit confusing. Other than that it was good service and good food. Oh and the outdoor heaters werent gassed so we had to sit inside as it is a bit cold.

Boyfriend and I went to RocoMamas, were instructed to sit down and they lady would be with us. Left my boyfriend went to Pnp for like 10 minutes, came back and the lady had not even returned to take the order. There was a gentleman waiter, who stared at us getting up and leaving and could hear me complain about what happened. Didnt try stop us, or even rectify the mistake of what happened.I am shocked by the service as it was not even busy tonight.

Unfortunately, being a seasoned Rocco Mamas visitor, I was disappointed by this particular franchise. Firstly, I was served a very dirty glass for my drink with pieces of what appeared to be butter floating around. This was followed by a burger dripping with oil (to the point where the bun was saturated) and mayonnaise. Will not be returning unfortunately.Unfortunately after contacting the contact which was offered but the owner there was no follow up. Sadly I have to irritate not to visit this establishment based on my above-mentioned review. If the owner wishes to contact me, it will be possible via [email protected]. Cheers.

This has to be one of the best restaurants at Ballito Junction, if not, the best. Fantastic service. If course all the credit goes to the staff. Food is fantastic. You get exactly what you want.Youre also about to enjoy a game of Jenga while you wait, which I think is an amazing idea

Phoned 5 times to order ...Friday evening....no answer. Went directly to the premises and was told 30 mins wait.....Not acceptable in light of current economic climate! Went to Pick n Pay, purchased some rolls & patties an made them myself! At a third of the price!

Quick and friendly service. I have in the past had to correct and order or two.. Mostly because of incorrect dipping sauces... But it was quickly corrected by the friendly staff.

We decided to get lunch on Spring Day at RocoMamas in sunny Ballito. We indulged in gourmet shakes, spicy wings and smash burgers - not to mention the entertainment we enjoyed with our comedian/waiter (Hi Paul ☺️). There is a cool vibe at this branch; the staff are super friendly and the food is scrumptious. Also, the music isnt too loud (like some of the other branches) and the restaurant is clean. Some of the Best hospitality I have ever received in a restaurant. The burgers are of the best quality, with personal favorite - The SIX BOMBS - perfect for those fiery tongues. You can be sure that your favorite band members will be hanging around here, some times!
