Always clean and neat, even when there is a sale. Food section is very well stocked as well as their hot foods counter. The cafe is also lovely when able to be open again after restrictions, but I see they are still serving coffee.

Good shopping place with a better variety of products than the smaller stores. Be sure to keep an eye out for instore promotions for bargain deals. I enjoy their tempura hake burgers and selection of fresh juices and salads

Been shopping at this Woolworths since it opened in 2017, always a pleasant shopping experience. Today, however, had a Supervisor walking around the store at 18:10 telling customers that the store closed at 18:00 & that we should go to the till & pay. As customers we were not impressed. All the other retail stores in the Junction Mall close at 19:00, but Woolworths closes at 18:00.

Woolworths Ballito Junction has a good selection of mens clothing to choose from. My two sons and I purchased suits over the weekend and we found the value for money on the clothing to be of exceptional quality. The service was above average as the assistant really went out of his way to find us exactly what we needed.

Staff use vulgar language in front of customers with managers,colin to be specific so who do you lay a complaint too? cashiers have a condescending attitude best to shop else where.

Woolworths ballito junction needs to train their staff on simple people skills. The cashier did not greet was chewing gum and was so miserable. Really the worst Woolworths ever!

We went for a quick cake and tea at the woolies Junction in Ballito. We were seated at a dirty table and had to request for it to be cleaned. We had placed our order at around 10.50. At 11.45 no sign of drinks or food. After requesting where our food and drinks were, it started coming out one at a time. By the time my dad was done with his food, my daughters was brought out. We were then informed that they were short staffed. Food was not of the usual standard. Service and food disappointing. The manager was not in sight. Which might have been the problem.

Good expresso and breakfast only if you can get the staff to stop chatting with each other and pay attention to serving customers. Had to wait for over ten minutes for an espresso in an empty cafe because the lady handling the coffee machine was too engrossed in social conversation with other waiters. Pity.

Ive just moved here, went to buy a few items of clothing, with both hands full of clothes and no staff around to help me, I finally asked security where are someone to please assist me, we finally found someone, just to be told that all fitting rooms are closed and I cant try on anything. I dont understand this, how does one go about buying anything without trying it on first, I dont want to buy something just to have to return it later!!

I visited this store today (9th January 2020) to exchange an item, and was left waiting in a queue of 8 people in the hugely inappropriately named “Customer Service” Department, with only one out of 5 tills in operation. When I asked if another till could be opened as I had my child with me, Thuli, who seems to be the Supervisor, gave me a withering look and didn’t reply. (Just to add, Thuli had just left a till, and taken another customer, who had never been in the queue, to a desk next to the tills to sort a problem out for her, while the rest of us were simply ignored.) After my enquiry about another till, Thuli, who had still not spoken a word to me, then picked up the phone and loudly asked the person on the other end when another cashier was coming, “because the customers are shouting at me now”. I then told Thuli that I did not shout at her, and if I did shout at her she would know about it. My comments were greeted with another glare. Not an apology, not an excuse, nothing. What a horrible experience. People of the calibre and personality of Thuli should never be allowed near customers, let alone in a store like Woolworths. I would just like to add, that when the cashier, Ntokozo Zungu did eventually arrive, she was extremely friendly and efficient. But as for employing rude, incompetent staff like Thuli - poor show Woolworths!

Nice Woolies this one. Got almost everything. Little cafe is very nice with great views out the windows, and the service is good most of the time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Well organised and well stocked place.

Woollworth food store has quite all you need for your food they also have food that are free from genetics, like thier free range eggs, however i could not find wasabi paste.
