Staff are always disinterested in their work. The same can be said for the manager who is absolutely unhelpful and completely disinterested when you have an issue. Terrible store to shop at!

I dont usually shop at Game, but I scored an amazing deal and saw a lot of great specials on my way through the store. Id definitely rate it as competitive. Although I didnt find the other item on my list, the staff was very helpful, walking me through the store and giving alternate options of stores to visit.

I wasnt served alright, I bought cell phones there, went back for 3 heaters big ones. And some of other stuff for my family Service is very bad from the floor sells person, Gateway was bit far for me at that point so I went back to This one Balito every shopping I did there is disappointing. Hate shopping there

The women at returns are very unfriendly. Acted like they were doing me a favor when I took an item for repairs. Games really need to teach their staff some etiquette in terms of customer care.

Nic place, neat exactly what you expect from Game. Staff are helpful and vigilant and approach you to assist.

Poor service, very unhelpful staff who you battle to find & if you should manage to find one, wont be interested to assist you or wont know where or if they keep a particular item in stock.The only reason they get 2 stars and not 1 star is their return policy and you can buy on account.

Staff are hard to find in general worse off if you need assistance. Different pricing at till from the shelf price. Only 2 cashiers working at a busy time. I dont go here u less I really have to. Its pretty poor all round.

Good customer care and sufficient price

One of my worst shopping experiences , there is no customer service, the standard of the store very poor, theres no salesmans to help. The managers and staff will be cheating away while you need help.

Impossible to get through to anyone as the telephone is seldom answered. I finally got through to the main Customer care number, who got hold of the manager of the Game, Ballito store. He resolved my problem, so well done. However they need to attend to their telephone system.

Busy changing layout in store, not functioning properly

This store has a lovely layout. Each department has its own shelves, space and products. A pleasure to shop and browse around for specials. I also appreciated the change that has been made before reaching the tills. A long corridor is made with selves and when you get to the front, you are served at the first available cashier. Having queues at each cashier blocks other shoppers and causes frustration. Another plus point is that you are not stuck behind a queue where there seems to be a hold up. Loved my shopping experience.

Bad service. I reported faulty TV on 12 March still no reply. No awnser to phone calls.

Very unprofessional service from Game, sold us a dream when we were Purchasing an appliance. Now when there is problem, cant get through to them, no one calls you to do a follow up and no one bothers to check of the problem is sorted....

Absolutely useless no one can get through to answer the phone not even the game call centre.When you actually get to the store there is no one to help Ballito Game needs a serious customer service revamp! Pathetic

Good shop with fair prizes but I think will be great if the management change especially at the customer service departmentment, as I was badly treated for the ring I bought. I returned it for resizing and was told to wait for at least 21 days to get it ready. I was disappointed after a month when I found the shop had done nothing and worse it was too to try other places.

Like a Game store anywhere else.Lost a star as a staff member watched me trying to figure out badly labelled shelf talkers (price labels) without any offer of assistance.

The only reason i gave it 2 stars in because Sanele was so great. The rest of the staff could not be asked, they shuffle around, or stand in groups singing and chatting and ignoring the client. I had to ask them to excuse me so I could get through, they moved barely an inch. ONE person in the whole store was prepared to help me, and I had to go looking.... as i do every time Im there. Terribly inefficient, shocking customer service.

Incompatent staff and no one to assist you when you need assistance. The management are terrified of the staff - customers can hear them loudly disagreeing as they shop. If you need to return anything faulty it ends up in a long-winded argument. I have decided that it is better not to shop at Game again.

Was good, no queues, no rush. Got what I wanted

Went to get a few supplies for home DIY but was left disappointed as they did not stock carbolineum. I had to journey across to lifestyle.

I was extremely upset to see the dolls section and find only white new born babies and out of the wide range of Barbies there was one Barbie of colour, however she had Caucasian hair with blonde and purple highlights. In a shop as wide spread and well known as Game, I believe it is an obligation to represent toys that reflect our population in South Africa. I hope this was because the dolls were sold out during the festive season. Although, there is still a high possibility of a lack of diversity. Barbie has worked hard to diversify their products so I encourage Game to stock the full range of dolls.

Service is very poor, more concerned with their own needs and having tea chats than helping clients, stood in a que to pay for 10 minutes with only one customer in front of me, and one till open, of which one of the workers at game was buying stuff and chatting. Eventually left my trolley and went somewhere else, wont go back. Also wanted to buy some fruit, but turning the pack over it was all mouldy.

Appalling telephone manners from the switchboard. You should look at training or replacing the switchboard operator.

Unfortunately in my experiences, i have this observation: A rather disappointing group of people aside from some of the sales guys at the Electronics dept at Game Ballito. The rest do not care to assist or are not knowledgeable , there are always very long queues but only two or three cashiers who are always slow. They really seem to need motivation to work there - so uninterested and unfriendly. Most staff have an attitude of arrogance and laziness. Wake up Game Ballito - a lot of people are talking about your service and it isnt good comments. Festive season is here. Improve yourselves! Add some Prozac in your morning and midday coffee.

Game is great for camping gear and so much more. Always helpful.

My kids cant get enough of this place.

Slow service at electronic area. Busy day but only 1 service attendant. When we finally got his attention after waiting for 15 minutes we then had to wait further for our unit. Poor service was compounded by a lack of stock which was not indicated upfront.

I must say that I normally avoid large chain stores but as far as Game Ballito is concerned, I feel compelled to compliment a certain individual called Keegan in thy computer department. I have had dealing with him for as long as Game Ballito has been open and every time he has excelled himself in service. Bought the latest computer today which was kept for us as stock levels were low....Well done again Keegan ....!

Poor customer service. Should have a zero star rating. Went in store to purchase a fridge. My budget was R5000 to R6000. Got little to no service from the sale person. Ended up going to Hirsch and bought one for R15000. Sorry game you lost out because of incompetent and unhelpful staff.

Everyone staff wise, was super helpful and attentitive to our needs and no matter which aisle we found ourselves in we were greater by a friendly smile and offered assistance. We went today (a Tuesday) maybe that makes a difference.
